What an easy project my bathroom upgrade became all because of Jennifer and Burke. I really did not know what I wanted or how to go about accomplishing the remodel. They "Held My Hand" and guided me through determining my vision for the outcome. With their expertise, they quickly determined my interest and accompanied me on the material selection trips. A complete remodel of our living room, dining room, kitchen in an open floor plan. Our contractor recommended Bend Design Center for the kitchen cabinets and we were not disappointed. We thought we were just getting a cabinet design/reseller but they performed beyond our expectations by always considering the "bigger picture". In the initial consultation they recommended that we extend an existing wall for better flow and to add an extra closet/storage area to the plan. Their advice greatly improved the usability and value of the final larger room design. When it came to the kitchen design, they did a great job in listening to our wants/needs, designing the perfect cabinet layout, and helping us with our choice of wood flooring, counter tops, wall tiling, cabinets and pulls. And we never felt like they were pressuring us to spend more money or going higher-end than we wanted. We felt heard and valued throughout the process. When any problems arose during the project (and they always do) they were handled professionally and quickly. In short, good people who seem to really care about their customers.
