The company I work for has done business with Benchmark for a number of years and we're always more than satisfied with their work. They are very professional and pleasant and reliable, which is a great relief whenever we are faced with an technical issues. Ali is who we work with and hes been so helpful and amazing. He really goes above and beyond with customer service. He stayed all day and night helping our IT person rebuild our network and server after all our hard drives had failed. We've been using Benchmark for a few years now and have been extremely happy with their services. Â I am not sure how large their company is or how many clients they have, but honestly, whenever we have an issue with our IT and reach out to Benchmark, it seems like we are their only client. Â They are immediate with their response time and ensure that the problem is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. We started working with Benchmark after we found out our prior IT company wasn't backing up our company data. Â Unfortunately it was after we had a ransom virus hit. Â The team jumped in and in a very short period of time we were working again. Â We did lose some data, but nothing Benchmark could have done about that.All of the guys are fantastic (not a single point failure like smaller companies), but Larin is my go to guy. The hard drive on my laptop failed which prompted me to seek out a repair place. Â I spoke with Jeremy Castner the office manager. Â Jeremy was extremely accommodating and set it up so my laptop could be looked at ASAP. Â The technician assigned to my case lost no time in looking at the problem. Â Within 30 minutes Jeremy was on the telephone giving me the update.I am very impressed not only with the good customer service and responsive time, but also in their honestly and integrity in taking care of me.Very good folks to deal with and I highly recommend them. I am a local business owner and Doctor and had my main server crash on me. Without it I am in deep brown stuff. I called Benchmark and talked to Ally who absolutely understood the magnitude of my problem and was eager to assist me to correct my dilemma. My problem was handed over to Steve and he was the man with the solution. Within an hour he was at my office and hard at work diagnosing my problem. Before long my system was up and running and Steve saved the day. I was very grateful, as any business owner knows if your computers are not working then the wheels grind to a halt. And get this after he was done he recommended how to make my system better and ideas to help grow my business through improved information technology. I am normally not a yelper but we have had the best experience with Benchmark Information Technology. They are by far the best IT company we have ever worked with. They have seen us through multiple system upgrades and our network is always running smoothly. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and our computer network has never run better. Their tech's are fantastic and always do a great job of explaining exactly what they are doing in a language you can actually understand (which seems to be a tall order for other IT companies).
