My name's Ben. I’m a mobile Personal Trainer based in Calne, Wiltshire. I help people lose weight, get fit and feel great!

I travel to you at home, work or your local park to provide my personal training services. I cover areas including Calne, Chippenham, Melksham, Devizes, Marlborough and locations in between.

I have been using Ben for over a year now and he has been excellent in motivating me to exercise more and eat better. He is very professional and through. He did an assessment of my food and lifestyle and has helped me change both for the better. I can highly recommend Ben. He has been brilliant at tailoring workouts exactly for my needs. He is really thorough and ensures your form is correct for each rep so that you can the maximum effect out of everything you do. He also has demonstrated the importance of stretching and will cater these to any aches or niggles you may have. It is the best decision I have made to work with Ben. Over the last 3 months I've lost 2 stone and changed the way I feel about myself and food. He is amazing! He works round my hours of work to fit in our sessions, which are very enjoyable and work around what i enjoy. Every week is different. It is great as he comes to my house. Ben has been outstanding, helping me to build my strength and fitness levels over the last couple of months. He is very thoughtful and tailors the sessions to the areas I need to work on, in ways that are stretching and enjoyable, mixing things up to keep it stimulating. I didn't enter into this programme with lots of goals, just an understanding that I needed help with my motivation and support around exercise. I offer training sessions that are delivered to your location and designed with your goals in mind. This design will utilise a variety of equipment including resistance bands, kettlebells, battle ropes and of course, your own body weight! To accompany this I offer dietary analysis and sensible advice for improving health or weight loss

Finding a good balance of exercise and healthy nutrition that works in harmony with your lifestyle, rather than being an intrusion in to it!

The biggest pleasure is to help people build up belief in themselves, and carry this momentum into positive change.

My previous career in the pharmaceutical industry reinforced the importance of medicine, but also how a healthy lifestyle can help to prevent many chronic diseases. Now I have moved on with a mission to help people attain a high level of health, fitness and well-being. I became a Personal Trainer because I believe I have what it takes to help people achieve their goals and transform their lives.

I offer a free consultation and taster session before any commitment is made. My approach to exercise ensures that strength and fitness are balanced with mobility and flexibility; this is fundamental to preventing injury and maintaining quality of life. In terms of nutrition, I am never going to promote a fad diet but will focus on healthy substitutions, occasional indulgences and quality meals that can even be made in advance to save time!
