Psychotherapy, counselling and coaching.
I'm not sure anybody has sat as an 8 year old and said they want to be a therapist. I didn't. If somebody has, please let me know... for me it's something you grow into as you realise how difficult life can be. It happened to me after I was broken.
I was aspirational and wanted to be a lawyer or the like. I had something approaching a "normal" career but was bugged by this sense that something wasn't quite right. So I ended up needing to see a therapist, several actually, and used the space to really explore what it was like being me and to try and make sense of how I viewed the world.
I'm not fixed. I'm not sure it's possible to be fixed.
I'm very experienced working with depression, anxiety and suicidal feelings. I've worked with addicts, people who suffer from eating disorders. I've worked with people who just don't feel quite right, or feel their relationships aren't working as well as they could be. I try and bring myself into the room - I view our time together as a relationship, of which I'm part.
I have training in integrative psychotherapy, and in existential psychotherapy, but try and approach every relationship as a unique entity and don't really subscribe to a particular approach religiously. I like being creative and try and draw from different areas like art, music and non-psychotherapy views.
Really great studio space for lots of different kinds of classes. The premises are spotless and bright. Highly recommend.
I have been to these studios many times as I live nearby. They are great as they have wide variety of activities from yoga and fitness to various dance styles, nice comfy clean studios, loos and changing room. Always very creative and upbeat atmosphere and friendly staff. Perfect choice for me. More...
The studios are really well located for both bus and tube which I find really useful. I've done a few activities there (there's so much choice) and all of the teachers and staff have been really lovely and able to work with a huge variety of levels. The two studios are really well equipped, there is ample storage space and an adequate changing room given the type of activities that are on offer and the proximity to my home. Would thoroughly recommend this place, the staff and everything that goes on there! More...

I love this place; the atmosphere is very relaxed. I like it because there are no membership fees like most places in London. Some classes are booked via the studio's online booking system and some are booked directly with the instructor. My whole family do activities there and the kids love it. More...
