I have been working with Ben on a 1-2-1 basis for 4 months now and in this short period of time he has helped me achieve things I really did not think I could. He has the perfect balance of expertise and professionalism along with personality and fun, which makes every training session enjoyable and interesting instead of feeling like a chore as I have found in the past at gyms etc. Really can't thank Ben enough for helping me reach my goals and would recommend him to anybody!!
