We just moved house and i need to say a massive thankyou to hugh and all the team at BELVOIR lettings in margate they have been nothing short of fantastic from start to finish. We had been looking for months and had seen houses with just about every agency going and with possibly one exception (nice lady from TMS) they were all useless..canceling appts last minute...group viewings...not knowing a thing about the property they showing...turning up late...not turning up at all....ridiculous fees...etc etc.
If you looking to rent or have properties to rent go see these guys you wont regret it.

I am so grateful to have Belvoir as my letting agent. Both Hugh and Gavin have been really helpful through the moving in process and are really fast to answer phone calls and fix problems. Hugh seems to be able to fix ANYTHING personally which has made repairing the shower and fitting a TV aerial really fast. It is also nice not to have workmen you don't know or trust in the house. Hugh came to my house 5 minutes after I called to report a water leak on a Friday night and fixed it there and then. After many moths of searching for a suitable rental property through multiple agencies, Belvoir Thanet helped my partner and I find the perfect apartment.

After facing real disappointment and serious set backs with unreliable and unorganised agents, our experience with Belvoir Thanet was completely to contrary and they provided an all round exceptional service.

I cannot speak highly enough of not just the reliable and professional nature on which the company and its representatives conducted themselves (particularly our agent Gavin) in finding the property but also the follow up since our move has been fantastic.

I wanted to purchase a 'Buy to Let' property in Thanet to give me an income. I don't live in Thanet and hadn't bought a property for 35 years so was rather apprehensive about the whole process. Belvòir was recommended to me so I went to see Hughie & Gavin. I have been so impressed by their professionalism. They were happy to advise me every step of the way, from the type of property to buy, which areas are best for rentals, and those areas to avoid. They also did 'pre-purchase' inspections of houses I considered buying, to avoid me paying for an expensive full survey on an unsuitable property. They were able to recommend a very helpful local surveyor, and keep a list of experienced local tradespeople to call upon should that be necessary. They have even undertaken minor repair jobs themselves! They found tenants for my property within two days of advertising it, and my tenants were in the house very soon after Belvoir had undertaken all the necessary reference and financial checks.
