Below the Broom

Things started off well with their team being communicative and friendly. On the day of the scheduled move-out clean, I was contacted to reschedule due to "staffing issues". Fair enough, we rescheduled. When the rescheduled date arrived, the cleaner no-showed and I could not contact the company in any way. I called them 5 times, left two voicemails, and several text messages (the coordinator had given me his number when we were rescheduling), and no response was given. It is now 4 days later, and still nothing.
This is incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend this company for your cleaning needs. More...

I’ve had Liam and his crew clean my place a lot for an Airbnb. He always answers his phone, always has the place clean within 24 hrs of a call and always leaves the place spotless. I highly recommend.
