BeLoved Pet Sitting

I am not even sure where to start as part of me feels badly as the owner is currently hurt (slipped disk, out for awhile) and she is short staffed plus there is an ongoing pandemic. Having said that, I agree with the comments about Susan being rude and extremely unprofessional. I just moved to the area and her company came as a potential referral since there are not a lot of walkers here in the area. Our initial conversation was great but she sent her two remaining employees to my house, Emily and Ashley, and they were completely indifferent. Did not ask a single question and had no interest in my dogs. I sent a very polite note to the owner and even thanked her for listening to my concerns and she sent me a very rude and snide response. I now know why she had several openings this week as she relayed in her previous messages and that's because she is not a true professional. As a follow up, I had another company come 30 minutes later and they stayed for almost an hour asking a ton of question and bonding with my dogs. I obviously picked them!Edit: I saw the business owner responded to my accurate betrayal of her and yet again showed why I choose another dog walking company, which is amazing! Um, I work for Pfizer with the goal of curing cancer so I am not really sure where her bizarre comments of harassing my competition come from... Perfect when you need your furbabies taken care of! We've used them for our elder cats in the past that needed medicine, and they were able to accommodate it great. We now have two kittens we had them come sit for and got lots of fun photos and updates throughout our trip. I made a huge mistake and didn't save my booking right, I texted them and they were able to get us on the schedule that day and the rest of the week. So thankful! BeLoved has been caring for my doggies for years now!!!! My Boston and Pug are now elders making it harder for me to trust others in caring for their special needs. ..my Pug needs more patience and is much slower now...and my Boston's diet has to be met precisely or he'll become ill. I hired them fairly last minute to watch my pets for a week. I have an old kitty who takes pills. And two shy cats, one painfully so. Also a Great Dane. In the past a family member watched them. This was my first experience with a pet sitter.  Everything went great. I forgot to cancel farm fresh. They took it in and put it away. I had a few plants being delivered that I also forgot about. So thankful to have found Susan! First time leaving both of my dogs alone for an extended period of time and they did so well. We adopted a puppy and our older guy can be a bit grumpy with him. She really does have a special way about her with dogs and we couldn't be happier. Best service ever!! We have used Beloved Pet Sitting for several years. We have a rescue dog from Thailand who is very difficult to work with. He growls and is scared of everything and everyone. They were so patient with him and after a day he trusted them to take walks. One time our robot floor vac smeared poop on the floor when one of our dogs pooped. They cleaned it up! If I could give Susan sainthood I would. After a bad experience with a local daycare she came to our rescue. We found her on Instagram due to barkcuterie boards (you have to order them) She was able to take care of our anxious 140lb Newfoundland with ease. When he wouldn't eat, she literally hand fed him and gave him tons of love. Going above and beyond, one night he refused to go up the steps to our home, and she took him to get burgers and fries (while he slobbered up her car) and coaxed him up the stairs. Again, Susan just loves animals and goes above and beyond. We have so much love and are so thankful to her for taking the best care of our big baby. This is a SUPER delayed review, but I utilized Beloved Pet sitting to assist me in getting my fur child from my wedding ceremony, to where he was staying that evening so he could be a part of our special day. We had the best experience, they were on time, super personable, did a meet and greet walk through the day prior, and even sent pictures with a recap of how the drop off went when he was taken to his accommodations that evening. After a very warm meet and greet with Teri, Ashley, and my cat Butters, we decided to hire Beloved Pet Sitting to care for our cat while we were out of town.  My cat is older and has somewhat limited mobility and requires daily medication.  Teri and Ashley both cared for my cat with warmth and gentleness and sent me 2x daily detailed reports. I've known Susan for years and recently needed her service. BeLoved Pet Sitting cared for our cat while we were on vacation for a week. The service was easy to set up online. Two weeks in and so far loving it! First off, I am not ashamed to say that my husband and I are those type of fur-pawrents that revolve our lives around our dogs and view them as our children and part of the family. So, with that said we were very hesitant to hire any type of service to care for our dogs. We actually inquired a couple of times with BeLoved (always got a response quickly from Susan) but never went through with the consultation due to our pre-exhausting hesitations with having anyone other than ourselves or family members coming to exercise our furbabies. However, we got to a point where we needed someone. As much as possible we don't want our dogs home all day even though they can handle it if needed. So we finally did schedule a consultation. <br><br>The consultation went great. Susan came with Teri and Ashley. They will bring the two employees who will be with your dogs. We appreciated being able to meet them both and that there's a plan in place already if one can't make it. They listened as we went through all our needs and wants. They asked the right questions as well. <br><br>In the two weeks we've been using BeLoved we've experience hard rain and hot sun- regardless of the weather, my dogs have fun and are exercised. I love love love the reports and pictures we are sent. It makes my day! They are proactive by asking us to leave towels to dry them off on rainy days. They've been patient with our dog Cosmo who may be timid at first and our Lyra who is extremely hyper.<br><br>They have a lockbox system which I like. I love the app you use and the information they need is all valid. The app makes it easy to schedule, pay for services, and communicate with them.<br><br>They're meeting all our needs so far while being kind and respectful to us and our babies. I didn't use their pet sitting services, this review is solely based on phone interaction. Not sure if I caught the owner on a bad day but her tone of voice was abrasive and her attitude was not welcoming. She refused service since I requested non-consecutive home visits and sounded irritated that my service request was "last minute" (2 days in advance).<br><br>If you're looking to hire someone to check on your pet NOT on a daily basis while you're away but have housemates that are you watching your pet daily this is NOT the place to look for pet sitting and home visits. I’ve been deployed and went on leave and I left my two year old cat Coco in the trusted hands of beloved pet sitting. Not only did they spend quality time with my Coco, they made sure she had food, clean water and a clean litter box! !! They gave her treats and made sure she was given lots of cuddles and play time! So grateful for the app which allowed me to get picture updates on each visit and extend visits if deployment was extended. Well what can I say about this company... They are awesome, trustworthy and loving towards our dog, Cali! Our dog was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a form of bone cancer. She has only a few months to live. It was important to us that she is taken care of while my daughter is away at work. We are so heartbroken with the news,but it brings us comfort that Ashley &amp; Edwin are doing all they can to make her feel loved. They take her outside, let her roll around in the grass, pick up her poop, give her treats, and lots of hugs! They take pictures and leave notes after every visit. My daughter and I look forward to seeing those pictures every day. BeLoved pet sitting was hands down the best pet sitting service I have ever used. While on vacation I received daily updates with my dogs status, keeping me posted with his well being and any concerns. I was also able to take advantage of the new monitor camera offered with their service. IT WAS GREAT! I was able to watch my dog from over a thousand miles away and drop treats for him. My two cats are highly energetic and stranger shy - their parents were feral. When they were kittens, I could not leave them more than a few hours without them getting into mischief. How to handle our weekends away? Beloved Pet Sitting. When our sitter first visited, she sat on the floor with the cats' favorite snacks and toys and had one sitting on her lap within minutes. We have used them for the past three years and our sitter is always on times, handles all responsibilities well, and contacts us via text or e-mail with a status report and photo. We recently got a dog that my grandmother rescued before she passed away and she had been terribly abused, I won't go into details except to say she doesn't trust people very much, we had to go to an out of town convention for 3 days and Susan came in to take care of our girls, our girl Foxy was smitten by her and she really took time to make sure she was comfortable with her, we were kept aware of everything that was going on while we were gone, our babies were very happy and well taken care of, there was excellent communication and above average service, overall would definitely recommend their service, they are a smaller company which means you get more personal treatment and when it comes to our babies we will always go for the best.

We really enjoyed this service. We were very nervous to leave our kitties alone for an entire week but it really worked out well. We did ask for the camera that dispenses treats but we didnt find out until we were already gone that we would not be getting that. I guess they only have one and didnt realize we wanted it that week. We had two sitters and we definitely appreciated the second one the best. It was really important to us that the sitter encouraged the cats to play, love and eat and she did just that! They brought in our mail, watered the tree and gave lots of treats. this has been the most reliable and loving to my pets service ever... their staff is well trained to care for my dogs with and without medications. . they follow instructions well, leave my kitchen clean after feeding my dogs and yo can actually see my dogs been happy to see them and wanting to go out for a walk. I can't tell you how happy I was to come across beloved pet sitting a month or so ago!! We had a wedding to attend to that required us to be away from home for two days and one night. I was a bit stressed as I didn't know what I was going to do about our pup, &amp; two cats. While our cats could handle us away with sufficient food and water and clean litter, I was more so worried about our pup who would need to go out for bathroom breaks. Since we don't have any family near by, I knew Beloved pet sitting would be perfect for our short time away. Susan was my second child's (Maximus) first and only babysitter. I was a graduate social work intern who needed someone to come to my home and let him out to wee and play for an hour a day while I was gone. It broke my heart to leave him, but I knew he was in good hands.About two months ago my husband was at sea (he's in the Navy), and I had a medical emergency which resulted in my being admitted to the hospital. I texted Susan from the emergency room asking if she could possibly have someone go out that night. She PERSONALLY went that night and the next morning until my husband got home that afternoon. To say that she saved me from the added pain of thinking of my kids alone (I had left them plenty of food and water, and they had access to the outside), would be a mass understatement.If you love your children like I do, you know what an absolute relief it is to know that your kids are being loved and as well taken care of as you do when you have to have them watched by someone else.
