Rang the day before and fitted me straight away for the following morning. Had arranged for collection of a 3 piece suite but I asked if they would remove some extra rubbish and broken down furniture for an additional fee. They were more than happy to oblige. The guys Rob and Ross were excellent. Very friendly and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently to help clear the furniture and additional rubbish from my great uncles 2nd floor flat. I had a complete garden makeover!! From an overgrown jungle to a beautiful lawned / gravelled space. Took 5 days as promised, the guys, David and Ryan were SO hardworking, it was backbreaking work, they were polite and very tidy. Totally reccomend the whole team!!

This is the 2nd time I hav used this company and therefore warranted a 2nd review.Again from first point of contact talking to all the girls in the office and recently a lady called Helen they have all been so friendly and very helpful throughout. The same applies to the Manager of this company, James, we found him, again pleasant to deal with and very fair in his pricing of jobs. The men involved on this job were Neil, Cailin, Ross and Graham.Despite Neil having to leave the job unexpectedly and Cailin being left initially on his own until the other two arrived the job was still carried out as expected. Even though Neil had to leave he was full of apologies as he felt uncomfortable leaving the job but still remained courteous throughout and him and Cailin are a credit to this company. Prompt, reliable service - came next day on time. Big job - taking down sheds, removing garden and household waste. Amazed Tony & Reece got it all on the van but they worked hard to fit everything in. They worked non stop for over 2 hours and tidied up when they'd finished. Very polite and helpful. Great company to deal with from my first phone call to Leslie and again to Kelly ...lovely friendly ladies and both assured me about how waste was disposed of .
