Bride: I would not be married today if it was not for Maya at BellaRu catering. A bride's worst nightmare came true when our wedding venue cancelled on us two weeks before our wedding date.
Maya was so much more than a caterer, she was a wedding planner, florist, everything in between, and a friend. Maya did everything in her power to make our wedding one that we could be proud of. She went to great lengths to accommodate us and our original menu. The food was PHENOMENAL. Our guests were beyond pleased, and the desert was delicious. I cannot thank Maya enough for truly bending over backwards for my husband and I. We truly owe our whole day to her. BellaRu is without a doubt the best caterer you can chose.

I am SO GLAD I found BellaRu! Maya is the BEST! She went above and beyond! My wedding could not have been as awesome if it weren't for her. She is SO MUCH MORE than a caterer!! We had horsd'oevres that were served, prime rib, tuscany chicken, vegtables, potatoes and a gorgeous dessert table. There was not a kitchen at my venue and Maya knew exactly how to handle it. Staff is friendly, easy to work with, and the attention to detail is incredible! Used for a corporate event but would highly recommend for any wedding/party/get together. BellaRu saved my event. Maya and her team literally helped save a recent corporate event I planned, that required the right kind of licensing/insurance to serve alcohol on the premises (I wasn't aware of this need, initially). Just six days before my event (and 10 days before Christmas), she pulled together two bartenders, a hot chocolate bar using marshmallows I provided, spiced cider, another planned cocktail, and sent everything my way. The level of professionalism was off-the-charts amazing, and on one of her busiest nights she stopped in at the end to make sure everything went smoothly--and it did. What’s your signature dish?
We specialize in customize proposals with authentic and fusion worldly cuisine. From Indian Chicken Lollipops with chili sauce to Lechon and Al Pastor and beyond.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I talked one-on-one with the customers to learn about their vision and budgets and then tailor each event to their requests.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with clients to achieve their vision. Seeing their smiling faces at the end of the event is a great moment for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to have an open door to ideas and opportunities. I feel like I give that to every client I work with. Our imaginations are the limit.
Why should our clients choose you?
I work with every client one-on-one to customize their event to them. I believe there are ways to have great food, great service and an overall great event without having to break the bank every time.
