I contacted this company with regard to a claim against possible abuse in a care home, after explaining the circumstances, the female I spoke to said she would contact her Director to see if they thought I had a case. This was 22nd May, still no response. I'm guessing they're not interested in helping as they don't think they will win or make money, however it would have been polite and good customer service to inform me they're not interested.
