I was afraid I needed a new roof after leaks appeared all around the edges of the house. I called on a Friday Morning, and Belding was able to inspect the same day and come back on Monday to seal all the edges with rubber sealant. Martin was great. Came same day and provided an acceptable estimate that ended up accurate with no tricks or surprises. They patched up some potential issues on the roof, but the major work was with the tile balcony that was leaking. The stuff they use looks very nice and the warranty against any issues is great. Also repaired the damaged drywall in the garage’s ceiling due to the leaks and did a good painting it so it looks perfectly matched. Highly recommend! More...
