I used Beet and Yarrow for my Aspen wedding after my original florist in Aspen cancelled on me 4 weeks before my wedding. Beet and Yarrow was able to swoop in and save the day . After our initial phone call we had a meeting where we discussed in detail what I wanted but they far exceeded what I had in mind. They listened to me and stayed well within my modest budget even with driving up to Aspen and delivering. Amazing customer service! Had flowers delivered to my daughter's work for her birthday I left it up to them to come up with the arrangement. I’m writing my review mainly about the person I worked with. Keiley Rocks! Ask for her! From the start she asked a lot of questions and got a sense for who I was and what I would like. I was working with a few other vendors, but went with Beet and Yarrow because Keiley and their hippie vibe. All the flowers came out beautifully. I will say I was a little bummed by the dog collar we got for my pupster, but I wasn’t expecting anyone to be a mind reader. From start to finish it was a really cool experience and I highly recommend them. They worked with our initial small budget, but then we changed our minds and spent a bit more. Glad we did! The hotel was 279.00 to stay one night. Very bad! The hotel had no carpe. It was a cement floor and dirty feeling. Did not even want to take my socks off. You could not take your drinks around the hotel. Every place made you stop and trash it or finish it. Even though you bought it at the complex. For this price you think they would have a free breakfast or complementary snack but for a soda was 5.00 and water was 5.00. The room was a cold feeling because it was cement and no rugs even when you got out of shower. Bathroom was cement as well.. Just felt dirty and not warm. The price for this establishment well not worth the price. Did not feel like 279.00 room at all. La Quinta is better then this place. Food was not the greatest either. The prices at the high end establishments in complex for quality not at all worth it. Food was medium at best. Staff was not up to par either for the price. More...

A bouquet here would cost you a bit more $$$ than at another shop, but for good reasons. They carry unique flowers, including the wild types that are more my taste, other than your typical roses and daisies; even their roses come in khaki color!! There are pre-arranged small bouquets at the shop but I always pick the flowers and greenery to my liking and the staff helped arrange it into a beautiful bouquet. Beet & Yarrow created a succulent bouquet for a last minute elopement I was photographing and IT WAS GORGEOUS!! This new hotel in downtown Denver was so nice! We stopped in Denver on our way home from Utah and needed a place to stay for 1 night. The front desk associates were so nice and accommodating for us! What a find! Called several florists and hands down Beet & Yarrow excelled over the rest with their friendly and helpful staff! Needed help with delivering some Easter cheer to our son who we can’t be with this year. Dina was amazing! I can’t vouch for the price charged as I don’t order flowers often and flowers are always generally expensive, no? However, I can vouch for the website design, bouquet options and customer service Great website design! Catchy name, nice layout, nice font, good content...quality photos of bouquets for online orders...there are a few places where it looks like a clickable tab but nothing happens...hopefully they sort that out, cause that was a tad disappointing...also the upgrade options for the bouquets were a little mysterious as you don’t really know exactly what you’re upgrading to...maybe some additional possible example photos would be helpful?The options for online orders weren’t extensive but the choices offered were quality and definitely more creative and tasteful compared to your typical corner store vanilla florist Lastly and probably the most important in my eyes was the customer service...first up is the “Bloomsnap” that gets emailed to you when your order arrives...that was a delightful surprise as I got to see what the actual bouquet was compared to the example photo on the websiteA note to anyone trying to get flowers delivered during the late afternoon or evening...apparently their driver only operates till 15:00 so if you’re looking to get it delivered after that you’re SOL and may want to reschedule...Finally I wanna give props and a shout out to Brittney, I talked with her on the phone about my order and we tossed a couple ideas around and the like and she was just a sweetheart, very pleasant to deal with...she also gave me a nice inside scoop that they get their deliveries on Monday so either for people to come in that afternoon or the next to pick out the freshest blooms or to schedule deliveries for say Tuesday to ensure choice picks compared to a Sunday delivery where your options are already a week oldBeet and Yarrow...you guys have got a good thing going, keep up the good work!!? I called to have a custom bouquet made for a girlfriend of mine who just went through surgery. They were incredibly nice, made a beautiful bouquet, and was able to have it delivered the same day. I have spent a lot of money on flowers for friends only to be disappointed by what they received from the florist. It was nothing like what the advertised. Mae made our wedding so beautiful. It was honestly everything we could have wanted. We had our wedding reception at The Lobby and it was just GORGEOUS! You wouldn't think of the Lobby would look so nice when you are there for brunch but she truly transformed the space. We had the whole outdoor courtyard area, twinkling lights, and white linens on all of the tables. We had candelabras and an eclectic collection of antique bottles that held our flowers on all of the tables. Our bouquets and larger arrangements were perfection! Mae used many creative elements including pomegranate and plums to get the depth of color and earthy materials and varied textures we wanted.  (I will add photos after we get them from the photographer). Mae helped worked with us in every way. She took into account our budget and made our vision happen. Mae looked at the space and was able to use artistic freedom to really bring everything to life. We had many pieces we wanted to incorporate but didn't know just how we wanted to do it and she was able to pull everything together beautifully. It was a true art to put it all together in the way we wanted. She collaborated with our venue so well that I was not worried about a single thing on my big day. I did not have a wedding planner or day of wedding coordinator and I owe much of it to Mae setting everything up. It went seamlessly and exceeded all expectations.
