They offer an amazing app with real time updates for walk distance, duration, GPS tracking, and truly some of the best photos my family has seen of the pups. It’s also super easy to request services, the response time is amazing, and they been accommodating any time I’ve had to make a change, or needed a special request. There have been times I could’ve made it home without scheduling a walk, but my dogs are so happy when they spend time with this crew, I’ve scheduled it anyway. Bee is amazing!! She has been taking care of our Beau for the last 6 months. We recently started using her when we go on vacation. Her and Derrick go above and beyond. Always punctual, they take Beau for walks and since he loves his ball they do 15 minutes of ball playing also. They even bring their dogs to socialize with Beau. We hired Bethany to visit with, feed, and walk our dogs when we had to leave for a business trip for several days. One of our dogs is fear-aggressive and can be difficult when introduced to new situations, which is why we chose to keep her home while we were gone, as opposed to putting her in a kennel. Bethany visited our house twice to get to know our dogs prior to our trip. She listened to all our instructions and took them seriously, since we were worried about how things would go. As it turns out, I don't think our dogs missed us for a second! Bethany visited 3 times a day, played with them, walked them, and took excellent care of them. What I loved was that she sent me text message updates after every visit, complete with photos and videos. We could not have been more satisfied. Bee is amazing! When we moved to Simsbury we were concerned about leaving our puppy home alone all day. When we found Bee, she instantly bonded with our dog Obie. Bee shows up at the house when she says she will and takes care of our pup. She sends texts with pictures of their adventures. Bee offers a variety of services beyond dog walking. She took beautiful engagement photos for us with our dog. We also wanted our dog to be a part of our wedding ceremony and Bee was instrumental in making this happen. Most importantly, we trust Bee to take care of Obie like she is one of her own dogs. It is one of the highlights of our day to know that our dog is being taken care of.
