Describe your creative process.
My creative process varies across each job. I don't treat any two pieces of work the same and as such vary my process to suit the needs of the task at hand.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Again, this isn't a fixed answer question, some people come to me not knowing what they want or how to do it and for a lot of jobs I have started from just knowing a company name. Flexibility is key to creating good design so setting an exact template of information I need from the start is impossible.
In most cases I need to know what you hope to achieve and who your target audience is and in what manner you want to reach them.
What do you love most about your job?
It's all I've wanted to, I enjoy the creative process and coming up with these tiny pieces of art that can be used to help people grow their own businesses.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I find that working at larger companies they care less about the finished quality of the work and what the client want's and are more focused on getting as much money in as possible. Working for myself I can offer people that better level of service, providing a better quality design to suit their needs and not just churning out any old rubbish like you get at some bigger companies.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a versatile and creatively driven freelance Graphic Designer based in Blackpool UK. I take pride in the work I do and always strive to create the best looking finished product that I can do, I don't settle for short cuts or the easy option and I never say 'that'll do' when I know something could be better. When it comes to web design I don't swap out some information on a template I have bought, I put everything together myself from scratch.
My portfolio is a diverse selection ranging from more corporate looking styles to full on artistically pleasing pieces.
I have spent almost 20 years working in the industry at various design studios and printing companies so you can be confident that I know what I'm doing, I even have good ties with print companies I have worked for and can find good deals with them.
