Really good deli! Had the matzo ball soup and brisket knish. The soup was wonderful on a cold fall evening and the brisket tasted great! ! Had my infant daughter with me and really appreciated the availability of a nice high chair for her to sit in. Definitely family friendly. I visited Beef Brothers for the first time this past weekend for a quick bite for lunch, and I was beyond impressed with the food and the service. I live in the area and drive past this place often. I always thought they only served cold cut sandwiches, so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that they had much more on their menu. I ordered a cheesesteak with provolone and a side of fries. The cheesesteak had to be the best cheesesteak I've had outside of Philly. Hot, juicy, fresh and topped with perfectly melted cheese, it was absolutely delicious. And the fresh cut fries? Ordered from Beef Bros on my wife's birthday 11/06/19. Her favorite is the Reuben. After reading reviews, it was majority positive, so I thought great. The man on the phone was helpful and polite.The food however, took an hour to be delivered, ( the restaurant said half hour maximum).The food was cold, but it is good food.Management obviously cares about their business, and I was immediately contacted, and offered a refund. I love this place. I order from them all the time -- mostly their burgers and fries. Their burgers delicious. Their fries are thin, soft, and so very addicting. I had been wanting to try this as I have driven past it many times.  Someone in my office at Coldwell Banker brought pizza to a broker's open the other day and it was very tasty.  Each pizza box had funny jokes written on the top in marker.Today I wanted to grab something quick before heading to CVS.  I brought my daughter and snagged the one high chair I spotted.  The young man at the counter was very nice (probably in high school and maybe this is his first job).  The owner (I think) was also present and was very nice.  He brought my daughter a juice box.  It was pretty crowded for the lunch hour.  I would definitely go back and try some other items.  I got a grilled cheese on rye with mac n cheese.  The mac n cheese tasted homemade.  The pickle was tasty.  A good pickle at a deli/sandwich shop is key.Plenty of MD sports team memorabilia in there.  Beer and wine a plus.Hope they continue to have a thriving business. We order here about once a week. I ordered a cheese pizza with one half veggies, the other side pepperoni. Like always the ingredients are fresh. The dough and cheese as well is never over cooked. I ordered Old Bay wings from them for first time. While the seasoning was good, they were a bit over cooked. I'll definitely order the wings again though and maybe request that they not be cooked for too long. Delivery is always fast and accurate.  Speaking of delivery...I see there is something about spirits delivery. . While I live less than 10 minutes away, this interest me lol. I will look into that. First time in was today after passing by a number of times. The staff was really nice and very helpful. They also encouraged me to finish the "Fat McHenry" which is ginormous. Seeing that Yankee fans dont get free refills made me feel right at home. GO O's!!!! The photos on the wall of Eddie and Cal or the 8yr old Duke fan crying after Maryland crushed his hopes made it feel like my kind of place. Sorry.. not sorry!!! Great experience and the food was as filling to my belly as the photo of Earl Weaver #4 was to my heart. If you want a good old family feeling and a meal that makes you question if you'll ever need to eat again then take a trip to BEEF BROTHERS DELI AND PIZZA. The food has been very good on each occasion I've visited or ordered out. The atmosphere inside is welcoming and not too formal so you can expect to feel comfortable. The staff are typically very nice and willing to assist you if you should have questions. The pricing is pretty much spot on with what you would expect for the quality of the food and its preparation. All in all, this could become one of your new favorite mainstays. Give them a shot. OMG they are like crack, not quite shoestring fries but not full size so you get lots of perfectly fried surface area and they are cooked boardwalk style (which everyone knows is the best) and they serve with malt vinegar. Tough location, but pretty darn good cheesesteak. You can mess up a cheesesteak in so many ways, but what makes one good? Start with the roll . It should be crusty on the outside, chewy in the middle. Check that. Beef Bros, toasts the 8” roll which I think is a class move. Suggestion - step up to a 10” F&S Maranto Bakery roll, and you just took that sub to a whole new level. Marantos rolls are second only to Philly Amaroso rolls. Next up is the meat. I’ve gotta say, it was excellent. Not the juiciest - but super flavorful. They melt the cheese on top of the meat as it cooks. I took Provolone, which is THR ONLY cheese that should be chosen, when not in Philly. I hate when shops break the steak up with the cheese and everything becomes just a gelatinous mess. Beef Bros did it right. My only suggestion...2-3 more ounces and this sub becomes something worthy of a 30 minute drive. I went with lettuce, tomato, fried onions and mayo and hots. All were fine but I could have used a few more onions. You guys are SUPER CLOSE!!! Take it to the next level! Hey crazy!!! Be different. Finally, you guys should seriously go to Philly and try Johns Roast Pork. Copy it, and put it on your menu. Ellicott City will never be the same. My go to restaurant/pizza place for Friday night's! (Sometimes Other days during the week) This place never disappoints, the food shows up super fast and very hot with delicious flavors. Cheesesteaks are great, pizza is some of the best in the areas, buffalo bites are not your normal over breaded Sysco, they are freshly made with boneless chicken in store (at least that's what they taste and look like).
