Unlike other workshops and courses I've been on, John delved beneath the surface of social media and did so in a very accessible way, and also took the time to find out what our individual needs were. He tailors all advise to your particular business and really makes an effort to research and understand what strategy would most benefit you before the sessions. Training is also undertaken in an informal way and was held in our own office one to one so that we were able to access our own systems and get the most out of the sessions.

Having a website created is one of the most important aspects to any new business, and it has to be perfect. After appointing Bee Social Marketing to design and build my website, I found them incredibly efficient and was surprised how pain free the process was. They did what they said they would do, and if anything, were pushing me to complete copy so the website got finished on schedule and within budget. I had just two meetings to go over the finer details which was great, because as a start-up business my client's PR came first, so getting my website was not something I could afford to devote too much of my time to.
