What’s your signature dish?
Mediterranean food, fusion american and latin food.
The porcini mushroom risotto with crispy Parmisan cheese twille is a must.
Healthy and great presentation are our food prior qualities .

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We do not offer standard menu as we personalized each sigle event.
I invite client to give us an range budget in order to be reached by us, we do not send quotes random.
Phone call is needed to understand type of event, type of guests, timing, location, season, client' s needed and budget.
Send a personalized detailed quote.
Follow up. If it is confirmed we proceed with the inspection and to sign the agreement.
What do you love most about your job?
Worth of mouth is our advertise, seeing people happy, stress free and so proud of the result is a great gift for us.
On top we grow up with healthy food so we love to influence people and see how much they appreciate find the real taste.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I grow up between food and wine, my father was a butcher, my grandpa a wine makers, my mom a chef, I was so surrounded with good food, happy friends and guests and joy that I took it as my mission to spread around the world.

Because they are really look for something special, the consider food as a great experience and the want to have somebody who take care of their events being able to enjoy the guest and the party.
