What’s your signature dish?
It has to be “içli köfte” which is the Bhulgur köftes staffed with minsmeat seasoning cumin- chIlly parsley and walnut it’s belongs to south eastern Turkey it’s a delicatessen dish served warmed with lemon juice and “”Ayran” Turkish “Lassi”
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have variety of choices so it depends what taste buds you have or what is your comfort food type,as Turkish cuisine and Mediterranean diet We have many to choose from meat eater / vegetarian / Vegan & pescatarian so we take it from there....
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking with seasonal fresh ingredients I love my food also I like feeding people, which I believe it’s hereditary ;-) It’s a pleasure when we see satisfied guest and whom tries enjoys our food very much thank you
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have learnt cooking quite late so I thought I have to share this also proud of my food and social awarenes was the key point, also Entry for Social Enterpreneur program was the biggest support and journey I had
