Absolutely love this gym, the people are like a family, the trainers are great and full of life. The craic we have while still working out makes it so much easier and as for the nights out well you just have to join to experience this for yourselves

From the minute you walk in, you’re automatically part of a team, every class is different and every class is a group effort, everyone wants everyone to succeed, no-one is either left behind or left out, the trainers love what they do and they do a great job motivating everyone! Delighted to have taken on the Bedo7 transformation. After just a little over 4 weeks I've dropped 5% in body fat and up from 40m to 100m with 75kg and besides all that I feel fantastic � A big thanks to all the trainers and my training buddies for all your encouragement. It's been a pleasure.

Absoulty delighted with my results from the transformation � My goal was to improve on my strenght & reduce body fat and i succeeded in both getting down under 18% body fat and getting over the 100m at 65kg! !!!
