Really good experience with this place, I rented my house through them as last agency left me with a tenant not paying rent for 3 months. Sick of getting ripped off. They got the tenant out and renovated the property for me at reasonable cost. Been 6 months with new tenant and no headaches so far.Went for the full management so who cares if tenant doesn't pay rent. Agency guarantees it aswell as paying for any damages by tenant.Will take my other 2 flats to these guys. Had enough of tenants and their demands. Hard to get hold of some of the staff buy they get back to you in the end. More...

Still living there had the worst customer service experience from them the last couple of months called so many times and the repair team never called back but I don't know what happen now past few weeks the service has been excellent always calling on time when there sending someone over to repair very polite I think her name is Patricia she's excellent and you need more people like her my daughters were always unwell because of the windows they were bad she got all that sorted out in a week when I use to call nearly everyday because of the windows really impressed with the service the previous girl that was there she never called back after a month of complaining about the windows she said the contractor cant find the plastic seals to the windows and when Patricia came she done it in like 3-4 days the reception people that pick the calls up there very polite and helpful thank you.
