In my home, we have tall glass entryways that arrive at a level of 5 feet, making it very trying for me to clean them. The team that was sent to my property, after having to pay upfront in order to secure the slot, for the end of tenancy deep clean rocked up with watered down cleaning products, cloths, henry hoover and a bucket and mop. No ladder to reach high level cupboards or extractors, and no steamer to loosen any grime.
They 'specialise' in removing limescale, but were unable to with a standard sponge!
Advertised as a minimum 6 hour job for this property type and attempted to leave in 2 hours and 40 min. Luckily I was at the property mowing the lawn, or they would have left and very little cleaning would have been done. They hadnt even cleaned the windows.
I had to take them around and explain what they needed to do! They wouldnt do it until I started cleaning and showing them.
At the best, they were equipped and capable of doing a weekly wipe down and tidy. There wasnt a sniff of any form of professional clean at all. A complete and utter rip off.
The team at BeClean office did call crew when I phoned to complain and they did stay a bit longer and half heartedly complete a bit more cleaning, however, the house was left in a condition such that I had to go back with my partner and redo everything. They are well trained in making taps very shiny so at first glance it looks like the house is clean....it is far from that.
When I contacted Madlen of BeClean to express my disappointment, I was completely ignored. the photos and descriptions I sent via the business Whatsapp have been read but not responded to in any way.
I highly recommend you DONT go near this company as they are not professional at all, just do the basics and take your money with ZERO customer service.

Beclean have an unreliable website. It allows you to book in and pay for someone to clean your home. I have done that but then they had no one to deliver the service on that day. Also upon cancellation, my money has still not been refunded. Good communication with their offices. Cleaners are good but don’t speak English and cannot converse with us very well. However they are always on time, well presented, do a great job in the time given and are keen to please. We get the same staff each clean and they are very friendly and respectful. We booked this cleaning company while searching for a quote for an available service (which we were struggling to find), for a regular two weekly clean. I was more than a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews. The clean is really excellent, the email communication was good, they arrived exactly on time, worked flat out for the time they were here and left on time. The house looks wonderful, they brought everything with them. We were suprised and very impressed. Now we are just hoping for the same cleaners in two weeks! Update: we have been using the company since end of Feb and the cleaning every two weeks continues to be excellent. I get a text message and email with the date and time they will be here. They are always on time. I have had to change the day last minute on two occasions and they were very accommodating. We booked this cleaning service for our end of tenancy clean. We paid £229 for a full house clean, not including an oven clean. When visiting the property after the clean we found that the floors were not hoovered properly, the sinks were only whipped down and not deep cleaned, the hard floors were not mopped and there were still splash stains in the kitchen. When calling the company to express our upset about this matter they accused us of lying as we were unable to take photos due to it being an end of tenancy clean. The second problem with this company came from when our landlord asked where we left the back door key we were shocked as it was left on the side before the cleaners went in. We were forced to call the company again to ask where they had left the key, they again accused us of lying and basically pretended they didn’t understand. They did not offer a solution for this problem and just hung up the phone. When calling back again she asked her to stop wasting her time and hung up again. NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. More...

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!! Used BeClean for an end of tenancy clean. We paid when booking the service. They did the very bare minimum, not cleaning the floors, sink or hoovering one of the bathrooms! When we called to express our dissatisfaction, we were faced with an unhelpful and rude response accusing us of lying to get money and no solution could be offered. We then went to move out from the property and found that the key we had left on the side had been misplaced or taken. A further call was made and they proceeded to say they did not understand and couldn’t help because it is not their problem. They then hung up on me. They then called me back a bit later explaining the cleaners did not do anything with a key despite them being the only people to enter the property. She then continued being unprofessional and rude offering no solution and ended the call abruptly! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and cannot believe they are managing to running a company like this. No apology and awful service!!! STUDENTS ESPECIALLY DO NOT USE and please pass this bad review onto others!! they will make moving out harder than it’s worth!!!!!!! More...
