I offer private and small group yoga classes in my home, clients home or a studio space.
The classes can be just for one person, for a couple or a small group.
I teach many styles of yoga; Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Rocket and Yin so can tailor the sessions to suit your individual needs.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the progress my clients make. Seeing their practise improve, their bodies and their mindset. I get filled with extreme joy when I have been working with a client on a particular pose for a while and one day they are able to do it. The happiness on their faces makes me proud. I also love it when clients tell me after class that they have been going through a hard time and that my yoga classes have helped to get them through it on an emotional level. Knowing that I am giving my clients the support they need in their lives makes being a yoga teacher a wonderfully rewarding job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Its not that I was inspired to start my own business, that was never a defined thought. I just wanted to teach yoga to as many people as possible and by making my own business I can do that. Yoga has changed me in many many ways, emotionally and physically and I wanted to show other people what benefits practising yoga can bring.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been teaching yoga full time for over 3 years and have completed three yoga teacher trainings. I am qualified to teach many yoga styles so have the experience to tailor the classes to your needs and requirements. I teach Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Rocket and Yin. I originally trained to be a dancer and I have a personal training qualification so know a lot about the human body. I currently teach on yoga teacher trainings teaching the yoga students to become yoga teachers themselves. I have also got a children's yoga qualification and have taught baby yoga as well.
Private Yoga Classes
These classes are usually an hour or 90 minutes but duration can be discussed.
Pricing for hour classes are £55 if you come to me in N4 or £75 if I come to you. If you prefer a studio environment then it will be £75 plus the hall hire fee. The price is payment for my time not per person so if you are a couple or a small group the price remains the same.
