We purchased two recliners that were on clearance. We were pleased with the price and quality. Unfortunately, we discovered with the salesman, Matt Mueller that one of the chairs had a broken handle to adjust the chair in different positions while reclining. We took the one chair, and the other chair was sent to be repaired. Donna kept in touch with us regarding progress on the repair, by phone calls. On Friday, 11/29 we were in the area and decided to stop by to check in person. Donna had been trying to reach us, as had Matt the salesman to let us know that the technician could not repair the chair. We spoke with Donna, Matt and also Drew, one of the Managers. They offered a refund, or applying the price to another chair of our choice. In speaking with Drew, another option was to order the part(s) so it could be repaired. We chose to have the part ordered. However, Drew warned us that the company the part would come from closes down for the Chinese New Year. The wait on the part could be 20 weeks or so. We asked if we could take the chair and use it, and then bring it back for repairs when the part came in. The chair will be brought back to the store and we will pick it up and return it when the part comes in for the repair. Everyone at the store has been very accommodating and helpful in working to resolve this. We love the chair we did bring home and look forward to having the other one soon also. More...

We had a wonderful experience! We went on a Thursday morning and were not instantly hounded by sales people. There was a lady cleaning the show room that went and got us a stroller for our kids. We browsed the whole store and when we were ready with some questions the same lady found some one to help us. The gal we worked with was awesome her name is Barb!! She answered all questions and was not pushy with us and took time with us. She even gave our 2 kids coupons for a drink and cookies in the cafe. More...

When I was a customer at Becker Furniture World, I was assisted by a very professional sales associate, Carolyn Fisher. She seemed to be attentive to exactly what I was looking for and was also open to my views and likes and dislikes. Her calm and friendly demeanor and personable personality was warm and refreshing. She made my furniture purchasing experience a very positive one. I was so impressed with her I came back a few days later to purchase another piece from her. She arranged it so I could get it on my same delivery as my other main purchase of a sofa and two power recliners. She went above and beyond. Delivery was great also. Prior to late September (2019) I'd never visited a single Becker furniture store. I really hadn't a need to. However, through the encouragement of a family member, I joined them to the store in Becker. My party purchased a powered lift chair. Our sales team member was Staci M. She not only made us feel relaxed (NOT PRESSURED), and comfortable with answering our own questions...she asked us a few things about the styles, colors, textures, and thoughts regarding the pieces we were looking at and how they may fit with our floor design (for the room it was being looked at for). Staci M, made us feel like it was a personal decision for her as well. That level of comfort really helped with each aspect that we went through (picking fabrics, colors, etc). While the chair was being decided upon, I really came to appreciate and enjoy one of the sofa's in their showroom. While I had no intentions of buying anything that day, I ended up purchasing that sofa and its set to be delivered tomorrow. This past weekend, My girlfriend and I went BACK up to the Becker store on a Sunday where I showed her the couch I bought. Staci M was there again and took us directly to the sofa. Again, her casual demeanor put my girlfriend and I at ease. My g/f HAS been looking at getting new furniture for over a year and we'd gone to Home, Dock 86, etc..but couldn't find that "right fit". Well, my g/f fell in love with this sofa almost instantly (I thought she may) and ended up buying the same sofa too....then decided to get the matching power recliner as well. ...while Staci and my g/f were writing up the order and paying..I decided to sit in the power recliner and give it a test run. I decided right then and there that I needed one for my place too....so that is also set to arrive tomorrow. All in all we got 2 power recliners, 2 power recliner sofa's and a powered lift chair. This started out because my party (in September) had just decided to "See what that big store in Becker had in it". Thanks to the helpful and friendly staff, we are now set up to enjoy 3 new living rooms. We couldn't have done it without having all of our needs met and questions answered. I don't think, I KNOW that I had the best sales associate in the entire Becker Furniture World in Becker, Mn. I was treated with respect. My needs were important to Stacy. M. the entire time I was in the store. My Father in-law was in your store 1. week earlier shopping for a lift chair and witnessed how professional Staci. M. was in helping him and was amazed how professional she is, and for that reason , I made sure I asked for her to assist me with all my furniture needs. Our salesman Daniel was the BEST! We highly recommend seeking him out when you visit the store. He was moving furniture around the store for us, taking rugs down from the hangers and rolling rugs up from the floor so we could see them with the furniture we were going to purchase. Come the end, he basically had “our” living room set up in the store for us! It made us 100% sure we loved everything together! He was patient, and never made us feel like we were taking up too much of his time, which was about 4 hours! He was also pleasant, funny and had great suggestions. I came in here because I've been trying to find new furniture for my room for a while now and I didn't actually think I was going to find something but I actually did! Dennis helped my mom and I look through the different bed sets they had to offer and we ended up finding one that was great for me, they delivered it to my house and set everything up! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the display had the bed frame in a queen and I asked if they had it in full but they said no so I got it in a queen but I ended up going online and finding the exact bed frame I ordered in a full so that was kind of disappointing but hopefully it'll be an easy fix.Update: I called them and told them the situation and they fixed it and are ordering the bed frame I wanted! I was totally impressed with the customer service I received from Julio. He listened to everything I said about what I was looking for and gave me suggestions and showed me pieces of furniture that would fit what I was looking for. I have recently purchased bedroom furniture and a mattress from the Becker Furniture Store in Roseville. This review gives a five star rating to Sydney Smith, the salesperson who helped me and my daughter with our purchases. Sydney was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating to our needs. Every retail store needs a "Sydney"! When unexpected complications came up with delivery issues, Sydney understood our needs and supported us and our needs 100%. We could not have asked for better customer service. Another shout out goes to Anthony Adams who helped us buy a mattress set at Becker in Roseville at the same time. He, like Sydney, displayed a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable attitude. I had a good experience with Becker Furniture, Minnetonka. My salesperson, Juan, was very friendly and helpful without any pressure. Prices were comparable to other stores, if not better, and there is a good selection of fabrics. My custom furniture arrived very close to the estimated date and was delivered this morning. The delivery guys were nice, professional and took good care to move the sofa and two chairs in to my home without banging into walls and doors. I received a call from Becker immediately after delivery to make sure I was happy with my furniture and the delivery process. I will buy from Becker again. More...

We downsized 7 years ago to a condo and needed to purchase several new furnishings as some of our "old" pieces just wouldn't work. We first purchased a leather chair and ottoman that had been returned. We love it! It is still one of our favorite pieces. (Can't imagine why it was returned.) We then needed counter-height bar stools. We went to the Becker location and purchased 2. They were beautiful and fit perfectly! A few weeks later, we called Daniel and asked if we could get 1 more. He did some checking and said they had not yet been discontinued, so we placed our order. Later on, we needed a desk chair for our office. Daniel to the rescue, again!!! It has been about 4 years since our last purchase, and were in the market for 2 matching reclining chairs with high backs. After much frustration looking on line and at other furniture stores, we decided to make the drive to Becker. There we were helped by Justin who assisted us with styles, fabric choices, etc. We took the samples home and it was an easy decision from there. The chairs came today and are beautiful!! Much nicer than we expected and so well constructed. Everything went well from ordering, signing, paying, delivery. Couldn't be happier. We recently replaced our countertops and needed new barstools. I had been looking online for months, when someone suggested Becker Furniture World in Woodbury. I was really happy to be able to actually sit in the stools before purchasing. We were able to choose the fabric color as well as the metal, with many options....so it was a truly custom stool. We ordered three barstools and when they came I knew we should have ordered a fourth, so I ended up ordering another one. They came earlier than expected, which was nice. The stools are just beautiful, even more so than I imagined. They are very sturdy, very comfortable and substantial in weight...very high quality. My husband had no difficulty assembling them. Friendly, Helpful is the best description of Becker. We went in for a mattress. They had lots. Didn't know where to start. We were immediately welcomed and brought over to an machine that figures out what softness of mattress we would sleep best on. My experience at the store was absolutely amazing!! Big shout out to Juan and Maria who helped us patiently to answer all our questions and work with us to find the best pieces for our new home. Juan F. also helped us change the order over the phone later and provided excellent service. We had very specific size and style challenges and we found Becker to have furniture pieces that fit the bill on all those requirements. Dan at the Becker Furniture store at Rosedale shopping center was wonderful. Easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He was helpful in helping me find the mattress that was right for me and at the price I wanted to pay. The only reason I can't give Becker Furniture 5 stars is that the return policy states that if I don't like my mattress they will charge me a 10% "restocking fee". That seems excessive since there are so many other companies that guarantee you like it or they will return or exchange it for free. More...

Was in two times this week to shop/vet dining room sets and couches for a upcoming house purchase. Juan was VERY helpful offering different manufacturers and helping to determine what features/style I actually wanted, all while staying within my budget! When I brought my husband back in and the dining room set I wanted did not work for my tall husband he showed us additional options then gave us our space while we decided on next steps. We had a great experience and found many options we liked! We were surprised by the amount they have at this location. We are terrible decision makers and Alichya was awesome and patient. I never felt hounded or pressured. We haven't received our furniture yet but I'm sure we will love it! I did notice only 2 employees seemed to be selling at a time.
