This place is amazing everyone is encouraging and motivating. You just show up Jim does the rest. I look forward to my workout everyday. I use to have siatica pain and when I started working out more often it went away. I use to have high blood pressure it went away. Now that I am taking the eating part more seriously I have lost 17lbs in 3 months. Please if you are afraid to exercise you won't be here! Please give Jim a try he loves his clients. He's truly committed! I have experienced other trainers at other gyms either just watching you and not teaching you or on their phone not doing there job.
