I can not thank Natalie enough booked me in last minute for a spot that was cancelled despite me messaging stupidly late in the evening! Lovely friendly welcome and helped put me at ease (pretty sure Natalie could tell I was out my comfort zone) Had dermaplaning done for the first time and my skin feel's so much softer and seems to have a much better tone to it can't wait to fully see the results as time goes on! First time I have been to different beauty salon other than my normal place, I like the look and reviews so booked in to see Natalie she was so welcoming and friendly, she fitted me in for an appointment even when she was fully booked and had never met me before which I appreciate so much.
