Natasha and Katie were amazing! From the get go Natasha was in contact with ideas with the big day. Natasha and Katie did hair and makeup for my wedding for me, my mum, the grooms mother and eye-makeup bridesmaids and they were fantastic. We all loved our hair and makeup - totally natural and still 'us' - even my mum and the grooms mother who doesn't normally wear much makeup at all! It was amazing having Natasha and Katie do our hair and make up. They were happy to discuss ideas and do any changes required. They helped me get ready into my dress and made sure I looked perfect before leaving for my wedding. Natasha kindly went to my mums room to do her hair and make up due to her poor mobility after a stroke. Natasha was always in contact and would always respond quickly when I contacted her. Would like to thank Natasha and Claire for the most wonderful experience of hair and make up for my wedding. My whole wedding party were delighted with the results and as they didn't get a chance on a trial as they travelled for the wedding I was super impressed.
My own hair was exactly how I wanted it and held perfectly for the whole day. You'd never know I was wearing extension either. And as for my makeup as someone who never wears make up I wanted to look like myself but feel special in makeup which natasha absolutely nailed. Would just to thank Natasha and Katie for our beautiful hair and make up for my wedding last Friday. From first time of contact via Bark website to the trial to the big day, Natasha made me feel I could contact her anytime regarding questions and ideas. During my trial, we discussed ideas and she was happy to tweak anything I requested. Natasha and Katie were great on the day, helping the day run as smooth as possible. Katie listened to my bridesmaids regarding what they liked hair and make up wise. I also want to thank them both for helping me get ready when my bridesmaids had to leave and for tidying up the room and leaving key with hotel reception when I had to leave. Natasha is a lovely lady who is starting out in her bridal hair and make up business. I had a mixed experience with her. Having had a productive trial, with things to practice before the day, I was confident that the result on the day would be a good one.

The wedding day itself was sadly a slightly different story. After 2 hours, she was unable to make my hair look good when viewed from the front, which had been the issue at the trial but she had said she would work on, the end result being that the additional hairdresser who had come to do the bridesmaids ended up taking it all out and starting again!

My mum had a trial with a different hairdresser before the day to work out how she wanted her hair, and even though I sent multiple photos of this style to Natasha before the day and received a positive response, the hairstyle that she produced on my mum was nothing like the photos but unfortunately we ran out of time for hers to be done again.

This had quite a big effect on the enjoyment of the morning of my wedding, and I was left feeling very grateful there had been an alternative hairdresser to do my hair, but very sad for my mum who didn't end up with the hairstyle she had wanted and requested.

9 days after the event I have heard nothing from Natasha about this event which seems to me quite unprofessional.

The make up that Natasha did on me was beautiful which is why I am giving this review 2 stars instead of 1.
