We are currently doing the companion dog course and just enjoyed the doggie social at Trevor. An amazing experience and I have learnt so much already, though I am clearly not as bright as Bradley but a work in progress.

Really enjoyed our first puppy club today with Islay. Great venue, friendly people, lovely dogs and a nice welcome. Karen was very attentive and understanding with the different pups of different shapes, sizes and ages. Highly recommended :-)

I can't recommend Karen enough, she is amazing, puppy school at Llandrinio was amazing! Karen is always on hand to help out with any problems or concerns we had, especially as out little puppy (Ozzie) was having some stomach issues but Karen's advice help so much! puppy social was very beneficial for my sproodle Gracie, she is able to make friends with other dogs, which we witnessed when meeting a lady with a young springer in the woods at Corwen recently. It was lovely to see them chasing and rolling around. Gracie has also learned when to stay away from other dogs when they don't want to play. More...

I have a 6 month old Labrador with so much energy and excitement that it's hard to get her off lead with other dogs to socialise because she's so friendly and still hasn't grasped that she doesn't need to jump on you to say hello so the puppy classes were great. She could be let off lead to play with other puppies of all shapes and sizes in a controlled environment where we were able to intervene if needed. There was so much support and advice and there are also often children in the classes too so it makes it really helpful to let your puppy meet children in a safe place if you don't know many children to introduce them to. Every Friday I'd have one very excited dog dragging me into puppy school. She even managed to learn some manners between all that fun she had! More...

Karen ,just wanted to share this with you !I took Lucky to the vets today for a vaccination booster at Llangollen . A lovely vet called Kelly greeted her and examined her eyes ears teeth and listened to her heart all with no growling or anxiety from Lucky! !!
All thanks to you and your training! It was all worth it!!!! Felt so excited and chuffed for Lucky!

I have used Beastly Thoughts for individual course days and puppy classes and I thoroughly recommend them to achieve results. I have met lots of dog trainers through my work as a veterinary nurse and practice manager. Very few have the same level of understanding, empathy and practical skill as Karen. Karen, Jan & Glynis have always looked after us and Oscar well. We've been going since he was a pup and he is now a very well rounded dog. Brilliant, my two dogs love going to stay when I am away.
We also went through puppy class and the follow on class and couldn't have managed without them!
