All the equipment you'd want in a standard gym, plus ample turf space, sleds, kettlebells and boxes.

Maine small business owners who also happen to be brothers. Great guys, knowledgeable, and friendly. They encourage an atmosphere you don't get at a commercial gym and that is community. Everyone you meet is on a personal healthy journey, from teenagers to those a little over the hill but still kicking life in the buns. If you live in Scarborough you owe it to yourself to check this gym out. More...

I've know Justin and Nate (the owners) for over five years. They are two of the most fun, brightest, and most skilled trainers that I've ever met. Over the years I've seen them work successfully with moms, cops, firemen, high school athletes, and people just trying to shed a few pounds for the summer.
It's great to see them in this location with so much space. You may have to look twice though because it is easy to miss. They aren't running the typical gym with monthly paying members, but rather a place to do almost exclusive private one-on-one coaching, so there is never any hassle for equipment. You have their undivided attention, which makes it easier to accomplish your goals.
One of the things that I often think gets overlooked in the summer race to slim down for the beach, is the big picture. These guys aren't fanatical rule enforcers. They'll help you chart long term training goals to ensure your continued success.
For example, I look to them to help me change my routine across the seasons as my schedule changes. For 4 months in the winter I do very little cardio, and just focus on other exercises. While this isn't "optimal," they understand that I have commitments that I have to fulfill outside the gym. At what health club, with trainers coming and going every day, can you find someone who can give you that kind of perspective?
Not to beat a dead horse, but these guys train, and train with, world champion athletes. The wall of signed photos drives home that point. The only way you get that good is by looking at the big pictures, setting realistic goals, and carrying out a plan. I've personally seen them do that equally well with a friend who was looking to lose over 75 pounds and with another friend who was looking to win a 10k race. Amazingly they both succeeded.

Simply put, I recommend them to all my friends.
