I just had a pair of boots touched up that had gotten scuffed on the toe. Not only did they match the color,( the color is brown), I couldn't tell where the scuff was. Excellent job! In fact, I also left my wife's shoes off to be resoled, and, not only were they friendly, and helpful, they were very informative, as well.Vadim have had my business in the past, and, in case I had forgotten why I have gone there before, the brown boots reminded me. I can't say enough of good things about Vadim and his business! His work is absolutely flawless, fast, and the customer service is simply outstanding. The business offers a free pick-up/drop-off and Vadim personally stopped by my office to pick up 4 pairs of shoes. Three days later, they were all ready! The other providers I used in the area would make me wait at least a week, but often even longer. To add a cherry on top - the prices are beyond reasonable. He basically rebuilt my leather frye ankle boots. I had a massive hole in the sole of one shoe (cartoon size worthy hole) and he rebuilt the shoe pretty much. Additionally the leather had some salt damage after such a snowy winter and that's been mended as best as possible which I'm happy with. (salt damage will always make the leather a bit rough but he brought the look of the leather back). I took one star off and this is partially my fault for not mentioning this, but some of the stitching has come off on the side of the boot and he did not fix that. I'm not sure if that's another fee I needed to pay to have that done but he did fix the look of the salt damage as well as the sole and I only asked for new soles and heels so who knows. I paid $65 for new soles and heels. I chose a leather finish to the sole. The service was speedy. It was ready within a few days. I picked them up on my schedule a week later.
