We had an amazing experience with Zahra. Our wedding was on July 7 in Moon Palace Cancun. She made the planning very simple and stress-free, from the wedding side to the travel side. We really like her enthusiasm and she cares about the little kids coming with us as well. She works very hard day and night. She is reliable, helping us even when we were in Mexico. Our destination wedding at Cancun's Moon Palace Resort in November 2017 was the most magical experience we could ever ask for. If I could go back in time I wouldn't change anything about it because it was perfect. Our guests also enjoyed the wonderful experience and they always look back on it with fond memories. What's better than partying and relaxing with your closest friends and family for a week while getting married at the same time! We worked with Zahra Remtulla to plan our wedding and we couldn't have picked anyone more diligent and earnest than her. From our first meeting Zahra wanted to get a lay of the land to figure out what our vision was and what we wanted overall. She was able to give us great suggestions and advice due to her experience working with Moon Palace. Due to our work schedules a lot of communication had to take place over email or phone. Zahra was always available at any time of day to answer our questions. She has also made great professional relationships with the representatives at Cancun's Moon Palace and was able to pull a few strings for us when needed. We had a smaller wedding and therefore didn't require Zahra to accompany us at the resort, however once we landed in Cancun she kept in contact with us to ensure everything was going smoothly. Our wedding coordinator at Moon Palace gave Zahra updates as well, which is why we felt so taken care of by Zahra and Moon Palace. I would recommend Zahra to anyone planning a destination wedding. We had an amazing experience using Zahra as our travel agent for our destination wedding. She was very professional and helped us narrow down our choices. Prior to finalizing our resort she ensured when we went to Puerto Vallarta that we were able to make multiple site visits to see what hotel we really wanted to be at. Ultimately, we chose The Grand Velas as it was special to my husband and I as we had our first vacation there. She worked diligently night and day to make sure our guest got the best price and package. She was flexible in allowing guests to combine miles with their travel making it easier on them. When we ran out of rooms, she took it upon herself to find us more rooms trying to stay as close to the group rate as possible. We loved how she took care of all of our guests ensuring that their travel to Puerto Vallarta was seamless. She worked with the onsite team at the hotel to ensure that our vision came through. Her experience and wealth of knowledge regarding the intimate details that came with wedding planning was invaluable. We have had the pleasure of booking our family vacations with Zahra for the past four years. She has an amazing personality and easy to work with . Her vacation packages are always organized for our family needs and she always strives to work within our budget and make our trip amazing always. She is always full of suggestions on how to make the best of our trip because she knows the resorts so well and makes sure our travel accommodations are comfortable ,fun ,and extra special without any stresses on us. We have traveled with small children and older adults and she always take time to make arrangements which are unique to our needs. We are very grateful to have had the recent chance to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Celebrating one’s ‘golden’ anniversary is a once-in-a-lifetime event, so we were looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience to share with our 6 children (spouses included) and 7 grandchildren. A member of our extended family referred us to Zahra for help in choosing a destination and planning our trip, and the rave reviews that he shared about her help set our expectations very high. Thankfully, Zahra lived up to those expectations. She was attentive to our needs and desires, was always pleasant and prompt in her communication, and was careful with the budget that we set for our 7-day trip. She directed us to the Now Amber resort in Puerto Vallarta, which worked perfectly for the diverse needs of our family. We shared many delicious meals together at the various resort restaurants, and our kids and grandkids spent countless hours in the pools and on the beach. Our teenaged grandsons enjoyed playing at the outdoor basketball hoop, while grandpa tutored many younger players via the giant poolside chess set. We appreciated Zahra’s attention to detail in recommending a place that everyone could enjoy. Zahra also strongly encouraged us to take advantage of the vow renewal package, which we were originally unsure about. Looking back, we’re so glad we did this; it was an intimate ceremony in beautiful surroundings that was meaningful for the whole family. I was first introduced to Zahra 3 yrs ago when she was planning a friend's destination wedding. There was a large group of us travelling from all over Canada to Mexico. She made the process seamless. She was very knowledable, patient and trustworthy. I have been booking with this company for the last 5 years. She book all of my family vacations as well as with all of my siblings vacations as well. Just recent she booked a major family vacation for 22 of us. It was quite the ordeal, upon leaving I had discovered that my wife's PR card had expired and we were not able to travel back to Canada. Speaking with the Canadian embassy, we were told it was a process and there was no way of getting it by the time we were suppose to leave, not knowing what to do, I contacted Zahra @beachweddingvows, and she was able to help me extend my ticket and reservation with the resort at minimum cost to me. Thank fully the day before our extended trip ended we received a travel document which allowed us back into Canada. In the end we were panicked and didn't know what to do but after talking with Zahra a game plan was formulated and all ended well. I recommend her to all my friends and family.
