I was referred to Mrs Oswald by a friend, who didn't even have a case with her, but by the great things he heard about her.
Even though he gave me all her contacts, I was relectant to contact her. Until one day at work, I overhead my coleague talking about Mrs Oswald. I approached her to learn more about her. It was just as if she was plug up. She went non stop praising Mrs Oswald, that because of her, her life had changed , she able to work... on and on.....from there I was motivated to contact Mrs Oswald. And I am so happy I made that decision. She took care of my divorce , a divorce another lawyer was not able to finalized them my citizenship which was not easy because of so much complications that can take me a whole day to explain.

Danielle is the best immigration lawyer you can have. She miraculously got my case moved to Washington DC last minute after a horrible lawyer in N. Y. tried to push in the other direction. She won me back my Green Card after it was taken away from me having not been in the country for a lot more than a year. If anyone can do miracles then it is that lady and her helpful staff. They helped me file for Asylum January 2015, and on November 2016 I was granted. They file a form I 730 ( asylee derivative) for my husband. He was approved last month without interview. My partner and I had a somewhat complicated immigration case as he was a foreign student from Asia. Â We are from the deep south, however married in a state that allows same sex marriages. Â He applied for a green card so he could stay in the states. Â Danielle Beach and her team did a tremendous job, including Danielle making an over nite trip to our city for the green card interview.
