Ashley literally made my wedding. 100% best decision during this whole process was to book her as my coordinator. She contacted all of my vendors and organized everything with them that I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of. Then when I got to my actual venue and saw how she decorated it..my jaw dropped. She took a backyard and made it into the wedding of my dreams. As soon as I saw Ashley's page I knew she had the exact look for my vision for my baby shower. She made it extremely easy on me. So, let me start off by saying that I am not a chill person- I am very intense and stressed out about everything! I don't even know where to start! Ashley is as good as they get. She is creative, kind, a good listener, passionate, attentive, and all around everything you look for and more in a coordinator. I met Ashley through a mutual friend and knew right away I wanted her to be apart of my special day. Ashley always made herself available to me, even if I was texting her late into the evening. On my wedding day I was BLOWN away by her work. All the hard work we put in together was 100 times better then I had ever imagined. Ashley was incredible and one of the best decisions we made while planning for our wedding! After researching many wedding coordinators in the SoCal area, Ashley's décor package was the obvious choice. She has so many beautiful decorations such as mirrors, welcome signs, cardholders, table numbers, candles, etc. everything a couple would like at their wedding!Ashley was so great to work with. She responds quickly, is available anytime through text and/or email, gives great wedding advice, and most importantly, made the wedding day stress free. Ashley is in one word mindblowing. She does everything perfectly. Our wedding was so special only because of her. She made everything so beautiful. She took care of every detail. On the day of the wedding I did not have to do anything but get ready and have fun. If there were any issues I didn't hear about them. You may think you do not need a day of coordinator.  I certainly didn't think I did. But our venue insisted and it was the best thing to happen to us. It is the best thing you can do for yourself. Ashley at FAB Weddings is amazing! I found her through a referral. My friend's wedding was gorgeous with the perfect flow (which not all have)! When I got engaged, I immediately asked her who her wedding planner was. I had already been interviewing planners without much luck on finding that connection where you know they are hearing you and that you are on the same page. Until I met, Ashley! We just clicked. She has this way about her that makes you excited to see your vision come to life. I knew she was my girl. I hired her right then and there for the Day Of but I got SO much more! Ashley's decorations are GORGEOUS and she made my wedding look like it was out of a magazine. I have so many people come and tell me that my wedding is their inspiration. I have to give the credit to Ashley who staged the entire day. I loved everything she came up with! She respected my input and added her special designer eye to my ideas. Where do we begin........Ashley and Lexi were beyond expectation!!!  From the beginning Ashley was always available to help and answer questions. Made us feel at ease with any stress or concern we'd have. Her decorations were amazing and her personal touches made it all so special!!! Our guests raved about all the signage and how she turned a backyard wedding into a romantic affair...We had the pleasure of meeting Lexi the day of our wedding and she was amazing as well. Our wedding was in Fallbrook,Ca and it was extremely warm!! These girls handled everything without even the slightest issue. Did I mention they are both pregnant!! Every time I had any type of questions she always got back to me quickly and was very helpful along the planning process at all hours. For the wedding day, I could not have imagined the day without Ashley and her assistant. They were very organized and I was stress free cause I knew Ashley had it all under control. If you were thinking that you might not need a coordinator, please think again. Having Ashley take control of things for our wedding made it so we could fully enjoy our day together and not worry about what was next up on our timeline. Ashley’s ceremony coordination services were part of our wedding venue package and we decided to expand her services to also include our reception. Ashley is professional, organized, timely, and creative. We primarily communicated with her through email and met at her office in Los Alamitos a few times before our wedding, and was always accommodating to our work schedules. Ashley prepared a detailed timeline and easily worked with all of our vendors to confirm their arrival times for the day of our wedding. Ashley has an eye for style and is up-to-date on the latest wedding trends. Her office has a warehouse with a variety of supplies and décor, and she will create custom hand written signs to go along with any theme. I had created some of my own decorations for the ceremony and reception that she was able to seamlessly incorporate with those from her warehouse. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful our wedding looked and that nothing seemed out of order with the flow of the entire event. I found out about Ashley and FAB weddings through my venue and I am so glad that I did, I don't know how I would have made it through without a coordinator as awesome as her. We live out of state so getting married in another state comes with some challenges, but we always had Ashley on our side to answer any and all questions and call vendors to ensure their arrival and setup. From the first time we met my fiancé and I knew that she got us and when we walked into the reception area all we could say was wow. We got compliments all night on how lovely everything looked and that it was a wedding, but it was definitely OUR wedding, not cookie cutter. We could not have asked for a better wedding day! Ashley was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. My fiance and I were probably the least helpful in terms of what we wanted. We're not very good at decisions, go figure, but even the little bit of information we gave her she was able to make things happen. Did we mention she has literally everything you need? I see a lot of 5 star reviews on here. Honestly I'm not surprised at all. We hired Fab to plan our Sept 30th wedding in Newport Beach. We were nervous and quite honestly in over our heads. Fab took control and eased our stress immensely. She's very nice, creative and full of great ideas. She juggled all of our vendors to perfection. I would hire Fab for a wedding certainly. Ashley was amazing!!!  She was the perfect wedding planner. Super attentive, gave me a lot of good advice, and reinforced good feelings about things that I had already done.  Whenever I had a question she was there to answer it for me.  The decorations she provided so perfect for my wedding.  They really brought everything together. A great icing on the cake. She set up everything as well as took down everything at the end of the night so I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding. Where to start? Ashley is amazing! I recently got married in April of this year. The venue we chose actually already came with a coordinator in the price. The coordinator already assigned to us did a good job, but we had Ashley help out just in case. & I'm SO thankful that we did! Ashley did a BEAUTIFUL job in helping set up our reception and ceremony areas. The decorations she brought with her were PERFECT with our rustic chic look we were going for. Fab weddings exceeding every expectation we had for our wedding by far. My husband and I connected with Ashley at the beginning of our wedding planning process, after reading and hearing great feedback about the company. From day one Ashley was not only quick to respond and easy to work with, but she also provided us with a list of vendors and venues to make our search easier.Ashley is very artistic and detail oriented. After showing Ashley a picture of wooden signs we hoped to incorporate into or ceremony, she made them, she hand painted and stained the signs herself to make sure we had them ( they turned out better than the picture we showed her). Every small detail we hoped for, Ashley helped bring to life.Our goal with hiring a wedding planner was to make sure our friends and family were able to enjoy the wedding and not have to work or stress about details. The day of the wedding Ashley and her amazing assistant Kaitlyn made sure of that. My wedding day was everything that I dreamed of and more, and Ashley made it possible. I have to admit that I was an anxious bride throughout the entire planning process leading up to the wedding but with Ashley by my side, my nerves were calmed and I was actually able to enjoy my wedding day! From the very beginning, Ashley was both professional and accommodating. She met my husband and I at 7pm on a Tuesday for our first meeting, this is not something all coordinators would do because it is after business hours. She outlined her responsibilities thoroughly during the first meeting and reassured me with previous photos of her work that she was indeed the woman for the job. During the process, she was always available through text message, phone call, and e-mail. She was prompt to get back to me if I didn't get a hold of her the first time. She supported me during the final meeting with El Dorado Park Events (our wedding reception and ceremony vendor) and helped coordinate where everything would go and gave helpful suggestions about extras or what other couples have done. When I was having trouble with the photographer, she personally gave him a call to talk to him while calming me down that it would be ok, 2 days before my wedding. Her communication with all the vendors and the wedding timeline that she created were all on point, done with finesse as well as attention to detail. Now on to our wedding day. Ashley was there promptly at 10:30 in the morning with her assistant. She informed me that she had been in touch with all the vendors and everything was going according to plan. She made it so that on my wedding day, I worried about nothing but the look on Jason's face when he saw me for the first time. The wedding decorations that she put out and how she assembled everything looked like something out of a magazine. The way that she arranged all of the extras was superb. When it was time to get me for the first look, she took me right to my husband to be. It was magical seeing him for the first time on that day!  The actual ceremony was done flawlessly. She made sure that everyone was walking when they needed to, that the children were holding the flower basket and pillow as needed. She made sure that I walked down when I needed to. The reception could not have gone better. From our grand entrance to our first dance, Ashley was there to make sure everyone was going out on time. Her assistant and her served my husband and I our dinner as well as poured our champagne! This really moved me because I felt like we were really being pampered. Everything ran smoothly during the reception and was arranged beautifully. Our sparkler send off was executed wonderfully with the help of Ashley. She lined everyone up right where they needed to be before we ran through.Last but not least, after we had left, she made sure everything was packaged up into a designated car and passed out the tip envelopes to vendors. WOW! Ashley truly is the best out there! I just got married and Ashley coordinated my wedding and all I can say is she went wayyyyyyyy above and beyond! !!!! My wedding had SO many small details and so many things that needed to be done BUT Ashley got everything done and it was all placed exactly where I wanted it! She made my wedding so amazing ! She also brought a whole bunch of little items to add to mine to make it that much more special! My wedding was the best day of my life!
