We pride ourselves in delivering quality advice and practical knowledge on nutritional needs paramount to weight loss as well as technical guidance and coaching for a more sport specific strength and conditioning approach.

With years of experience in the fitness industry we are currently based in the Roath area of Cardiff, and have male or female trainers available, if you have a preference. We also cover surrounding areas reaching the more rural towns and villages bordering the city. Be Your Best Personal Training Cardiff offers one to one or small group personal training sessions. These can be taken at your home, outside or at the gym.

If you are concerned about coming to use a public gym we can bring the gym to you! Be Your Best Personal Training Cardiff have all the equipment needed to fulfil your training needs without you having to leave the house!

The outdoor sessions, often held in parks or local forestry areas can be mixed with gym sessions. They are a great way to get some fresh air and give you a different aspect to your exercise needs.

All gym training sessions are based in the Roath area of Cardiff in a local, friendly gym. People of all abilities are welcomed and encouraged here.

Ive been training with them for just over a year, as have my team of skaters. Ive used many personal trainers in my time but Rhodri is by far the best. Ive never done the same PT session with him, every session is different and tailored to individual needs. Ive had many injuries/operations and have been able to remain training through out my recovery. My team of skaters have come on heaps whilst working with him also, very approachable and always happy to answer out 1000's of questions.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We will meet the client for a free consultation to discuss their goals and intentions. From here, we will undertake a thorough health and fitness test so we can design a specific programme towards the clients needs. We also provide bespoke diet and nutrition plans from our nutritionist, if the client require this service.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency and enjoyment. Find something you enjoy and be consistent with it. This is the secret to success and motivation.

I love seeing the journey my clients go on. Whether it's weight loss, muscle building, or training towards a specific event, I love seeing their confidence grow as they work towards their end goal.
