I have been working with Pete at Be Wright Fit for 11 months and to say it has been life changing is an understatement. Pete now has me thinking completely differently about my nutrition and fitness and with his help and guidance I have lost 3 stone and feel healthier and fitter now at 46 than I have done in over 20 years. With Pete's coaching I now know how to manage my dietary choices to suit my lifestyle and staying fit and healthy is no longer a chore! Gone are the fad diets and stressing about how to lose weight. Pete is amazing I would highly recommend his training classes to anyone no matter age or size. I've struggled over the years to maintain a fitness routine and reached out to Pete for assistance to help me look my best for my Wedding. I've never felt this good! I never thought it would be possible but I love my training classes! This is the longest I've stuck with any regular fitness and i won't be stopping after the Wedding :). Pete makes us all feel very welcome & the group of ladies I train with are wonderful too. We offer each other motivation and we look forward to seeing each other. It's so nice to have the extra support and not feel judged by groups of strangers which is what I often felt like at the big gyms. I had always struggled to maintain an exercise routine until I joined a group with Pete, I find regular gyms intimidating. With Pete, the training is targeted to individual needs and he has excellent knowledge in fitness and nutrition. I contacted Pete at Be Wright Fit as I wanted to kick start a fitness routine. I'm in my early 50's and really struggle to lose weight and keep fit -it used to be a lot easier when I was younger! Pete contacted me straight away - took time to understand what I was trying to achieve and offered training and support options to suit me. I signed up for the 3 month program and it has been fantastic. I won't say it is easy (I had pains in muscles which I didn't know existed!) but the hard work has really paid off. I need to be pushed so I don't stop when it gets hard - Pete does this, he won't let me give up. Pete is a really great, knowledgeable personal trainer - I would certainly recommend to anyone who wants a sensible, long term approach to health and fitness. More...
