Update: It's been about a year now since I started working with Brad. Recently I had a physical. What I knew already, was confirmed. I've lost 28 to 30 lbs. My blood Labs numbers have significantly improved. My doctor told me I have the heart of a marathon runner (I don't run marathons)! The Best Is Yet To Come! More...

I started working with Brad a few months after having my second baby. I was having a hard time getting back into shape this time around and needed a great plan and some inspiration. Brad was amazing. He got me excited about working out again and really took the time to create meal and exercise plans that were tailored to my needs. I immediately saw results and best of all...it wasn't that hard! My meal plan even allowed for chocolate.I've worked with a lot of trainers in the area and Brad is the real deal. Last year after starting meal planning with Brad, it completely changed my entire perspective on FOOD. I was active and thought I was eating well for years and just couldn't seem to drop the pounds that I wanted. I felt "stuck" and didn't know what to do. One day at the gym I saw a friend that I hadn't seen in a long time and he looked INCREDIBLE. I said I want to do whatever he's doing!! I learned that he was actually prepping for a fitness competition but he was also doing meal planning with Brad. That's how I started. Brad started doing my weekly meal plans from then on. At first it was an adjustment but it quickly just became a part of my life and a routine that I didn't even have to think twice about. He is very good about listening to your needs, changing things up, asking what you would like to incorporate or take out, what you're bored of, and this made all the difference. We do weekly check ins and that way I am held accountable and its very cool to watch your own progress week by week. Slowly, but surely, the weight started coming off. Brad is always available to answer questions, he is super patient and really listens to your needs. This isn't another "diet", it's truly a lifestyle and IT WORKS! I started working with Brad mid-2016. My nutrition goal at the time was to gain 5-10 lbs of muscle, while remaining lean. I am very active [strength training, yoga, calisthenics, hiking, etc...] and have had difficulty gaining and maintaining size. After unsuccessful attempts to gain size without sacrificing a lean build, I made the decision to hire a nutrition coach. After seeing a number of successful and impressive transformations under Brad's belt [pun intended], I was confident he would be a good fit. This guy!  Brad is simply, AMAZING! He started with my husband to prep him for a physique competition.  Preparing my husband's meals and seeing his dramatic changes, I thought to myself, "if I can do this for him, why not me?" I hired Brad, got hooked up with the app, and started rolling out the meal plans fast!  But things got real when I took my first picture, HOLY CRAP I couldn't believe I looked the way I did! He is always encouraging, calm and most importantly calculated when it comes to the meals planning. I learned that I hired him to do it his way and not mine, that's when the changes started. Whether I lose a half a pound or 3 pounds in a week, I have learned so much about my body and being able to appreciate food differently without feeling deprived.  My only regret is not hiring Brad when my husband started, because he is jacked!In less than 12 weeks, with Brad's steady diet planning, I'm 15lbs down, still have 10 to go, but I haven't been this weight in over 10 years. Brad was awesome -- not only did he take the time to personalize each session to meet my individual goals, but he also coached me on a day by day basis. He always made himself available to answer any questions I had throughout the day about nutrition, food, workouts, and was also a great friend. Love your flabby belly, jiggly rump and puny arms?  If so, that's cool, read no further.  But, if you are looking for a trainer to guide your fitness journey with motivational and challenging workouts, sound nutritional advice and measurable physical results, I highly recommend Brad Goldman.  With Brad's help, I've built muscle mass/definition, lost weight, overhauled my food choices and genuinely look forward to exercising...which is a miracle in and of itself.  Brad has a fantastic personality, is trustworthy and professional; someone you can feel comfortable with in your home, should you chose in-home sessions like I do.  Hiring a personal trainer has been one of the best investments I've made in myself.  It's certainly paid off with both physical and emotional results, and I'm thankful for Brad's contribution to my success.
