Be Ambitious Designs

It took me a while to post this because I wanted to get my thoughts together and present my recommendations/critiques in an organized, thoughtful manner. So, I decided on giving this review in an pro/con format. I’ll start with the cons and end with the pros because I like to end things positively. Cons: The owner/creator of this website is a very busy person. Therefore, you can’t always expect her to call you back immediately whenever you want to hear from her. In other words, you will get a call back eventually. I was dissatisfied with the amount of work that went into my company’s website. To be specific, I asked her to include a number of things for my website including photos, certain content, etc. and with all the photos I provided she only included may be 1/4 of it, which frustrated me. Even the text that I provided for her with was not transcribed properly and had to be corrected by myself and another person. As stated earlier, her biggest enemy is time. Given time I believe she would’ve completed the task to my satisfaction. She gave me a link to my website in the event that I wanted to correct any mistakes or make changes to the actual format. I personally feel that this was her job to do and to give me that task was very frustrating. Pros: The author is very intelligent, driven and extremely punctual whenever we had meetings in person. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to creating and maintaining websites and overall content. She’s very creative and offers many excellent suggestions. She’s approachable and amenable. I do recommend her service very highly! I think with time and experience her website services are going to be tremendous and I would work with her again despite my criticism. Thank you. More...
