I have only been working with BDK for a short time but am very happy with their immediate response to any issues. I manage a large condo association for which BDK provides the janitorial work. They provide weekly reports and pictures to support any issues that need repairs. They are also very capable of fixing many of the issues that they find and report. Based on a 1-1 visit with the owner (Brad) and follow up conversations, I am planning to utilize BDK for several small and medium sized home projects that will include carpentry work and tile installation, as well as restoring my deck and a few other things.  So, my story is that I am a single home owner and I have a lot of little to-do's and I want 1 single source as my go-to.  I was skeptical that BDK would actually want to take on my small jobs and to my surprise, Brad and I were able to work out a pricing and work arrangement that will allow me to get things done on my budget and timeline. I am impressed with Brad and his business acumen, and while I have not had any work done yet, I trust that all will go well and that I will update my review to 5 stars. You know, with all the online resources it is actually harder than ever to find a contractor who is willing to do little things.  I have emailed and talked to a half dozen contractors who want to charge a lot for minimal jobs.  Finding a contractor of quality whom I can trust is a big undertaking, so I feel so good going into this relationship with BDK. I called BDK to ask about their turnaround time to clean two area rugs I needed to have done before I move. Their telephone customer service was lovely. I dropped off the rugs at their facility and they were even more pleasant in person! This was one of those great customer service experiences that make your day better. Completely Impressed!!! On time, professional, dedicated, reasonably priced and took the time to do the job right. I thought I would have to replace all the carpeting in my home as it was so bad from the previous owner but BDK Quality Services saved the day and my bank account.
