I had an ongoing problem with my toilet and put off calling a plumber for as long as I could, I eventually had no options left and called Ben. He responded and came very quickly. I found him to be a very pleasant polite and efficient young man, he sorted out my problem quickly and effectively, and charges were very reasonable. Excellent service replacing a broken electric shower within two days of contacting him. Just when the weather was really hot and we had our son and his young family staying with us. I cannot rate Ben highly enough, following a leak that my elderly mother had from her toilet.He attended to the problem within 20 minutes of my initial contact, and although the job proved very challenging, he remained calm, polite and professional throughout the entire process. He removed the toilet, sourced the required part, and returned to fit it a couple of days later.Thank you again Ben for helping us out at such short notice, and for providing an excellent service....if you need a plumber, then look no further!
