I contacted BCM to quote for a loft conversion of my 4th floor apartment in the city center of Edinburgh. Once I appointed BCM to undertake the loft conversion I was impressed by the level of expertise and well organised team of top tradesmen. The team was on time, professional, and worked hard to stay on course and finish on time.

Bruce's knowledge in loft conversions is second to none and his expertise doesn't cease to amaze me. The end result is a two bedroom plus shower room bathroom loft conversion of a premium high-end finish.

What impressed me the most is Bruce's honest and open approach to taking on board my ideas and make them a reality. Dreams do come true and Bruce was able to take on board my interior design specs and build a truly wonderful high quality loft conversion....the end result speaks for itself.

Second to this undertaking a loft conversion in a 5th story tenement building is not an easy project however Bruce tackled this head first and his experience in the field was very evident and the build process was well thought through and organised resulting in a successful loft conversion.

We first of all did not think our Attic would have been possible to actually use! Looking at what it was like before BCM started work on it!
It was a large space so we were able to have two Telex windows, a toilet with a small shower and a luxury bath in the middle of the room! Bruce's idea of building cupboards into the eaves was a touch of magic and so handy for storage!
Our bath is a bit unusual (in the middle of the room) but we love it and it's just what we asked for! Bruce and his team gave us exactly what we wanted. Their original quote was written out to the last screw and they kept to their original price from start to end.

We were delighted and would highly recommend anyone looking to extend or renovate their attic in the Edinburgh area with this company.
