Initially, I called my heat pump installer to service our fireplace. The receptionist said it would take three weeks to have a technician look at it. I found Metro City Services online and called them. Reza, the owner, came out the next day. He serviced and cleaned the fireplace. He was polite and professional. The service cost was reasonable.I mentioned to Reza about our broken downstairs toilet. He said he could replace it easily. He offered to go buy a toilet and install it. I told him I preferred to pick it out myself. He was fine with that. He installed the toilet two days later. It looks and works great. His charge for installation was very reasonable and cheaper than the big name plumbers in my area. I would definitely recommend Metro City Services Group to my friends and family. More...

I contacted Metro BC Heating Services on Boxing Day because other companies I contacted were charging extra for services over the holidays (upwards of $300). They got back to me quickly and came and installed the new tank the next morning. Plus their quote ended up being $225 cheaper than the one given by the company that wanted to also charge extra for holiday service. What do you love most about your job?
Whats great about our Job is that most days are different and the area we cover lets us see most of the country. The satisfaction we get from customers reactions after each jobs gives us the drive to do more for our customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business as it has been my ambition since my time was out. I have now been a gas engineer for 16 years.
