We had Bbp plumbing out for two separate occasions. First to diagnose a drainage issue in Our 2nd floor bathroom. Radovan was quick to respond and able to fix the problem right away. I have used BBP twice. Once for a TERRIBLY clogged kitchen drain. Radovan came out & did such an amazing job, I had no problem calling them again and having Florin come out to replace a leaky sump pump pit. Both Florin & Radovan were very professional and did exactly what they said. Very neat & clean, never knew they were here. Radovan covered his shoes the minute he entered my house. I had called Florin for a commercial installation, he did an excellent job, reasonably priced. He handled the whole project, from beginning to the inspections from the city, in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. Very pleased.
