Hard to find instructors who are both savvy in the rehabilitative domain and down to earth. In just one private session, I felt a difference with Denise, who is very accomodating and compassionate when it comes to ailments. As a junior trainee with several neuromuscular issues, I've tried loads of instructors around the globe who are either very generic given that they have never experienced pain-related issues themselves and/or are ego/niche-driven.
