A one star rating is way too much for this company. Contracted them for pool upgrades which were supposed to be completed by Memorial Day, they are currently about 1/3 complete (21Jun2016). They refuse to communicate, triple-book their only sub-contract source, and will not work with the customer for a satisfactory alternative to get the work done. I've asked for the contact info for both the coping company who is supposedly holding up the progress, and the owner of B & B but have yet to receive any info. Lessons learned.*An update to this negative review: The upgrades were not completed until the 2nd week of July and much swimming enjoyment was lost, but we are definitely satisfied with the workmanship and quality.
