Mike the owner is a wonderful trainer and will give you a lot of personal attention. I was at first intimated because I'm 40 over weight and out of shape. Fantastic place to work out. All of the staff is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Spacious, organized and clean facility with an ample amount of equipment.
