Had 2 Capri marquees from Bay Tree for our wedding in July. Absolutely great communication from Marcus throughout the entire time from inquiring to after the wedding. Came over to see the site and helped recommend where to place the marquees months before. They installed them super efficiently and quickly 3 days before the wedding. Marcus and his team were so helpful in advising what would work in our garden and the finished marquee looked fantastic and worked so well. Nothing was too much trouble - when we had the garden re-landscaped between getting the quote and throwing our party they took it in their stride and adjusted the layout to make it even better. I loved that we could hire everything we needed from them too - tables and chairs, lights, staging, a heater in case it got chilly, even a disco glitter ball! We hired a Capri marquee from Bay Tree Events for my dad's 50th birthday party earlier this year, it was such a beautiful and unique marquee and looked amazing in our garden. Bay Tree Events have been outstanding in everything they have done for us from start to finish from the initial consultation, advice, delivery and set up. The marquee itself was absolutely stunning, Marcus catered for all of our needs, however large or small. We had an entrance tunnel linked to our house which really made everything work beautifully so no need to step outside on a chilly evening, it was like an extension of our house. Great advice and flexibility through the process, as we had a number of potential options, which Marcus was only too happy to discuss. From the initial conversation with Marcus to taking the marquee down, we had the best experience with Bay Tree Events. Marcus listened to what we were looking for & how we wanted our party to be. The marquee & the extras we went for were just right. Everyone was SO impressed with it from the Lightning, fairy lights, dance floor to the cool chill out seating. Planning a wedding can be stressful with so much to organise and mounting costs. It was a relief therefore to be introduced to Marcus at Bay Tree Events. His customer service was exemplary from start to finish- always responsive to emails and happy to give advice on layout, interiors etc. It was clear that his priority was making sure the marquee was perfect for our day.

The marquee was put up 2 days before the wedding, with Marcus and Geoff helpfully suggesting the exact positioning to maximise the light and accessibility. We were told how to operate the power and lighting so we knew what to do if anything went wrong. There was a huge storm with torrential rain the night the marquee was put up, so it was relief to find it in mint condition the following day.

The bright open space created a wonderful atmosphere on the day and we had several comments from guests on how great it looked.

Due to an unforeseen event , we were very late in even trying to find a marquee company for our daughters wedding . Thank goodness for Marcus at Bay Tree Events , his experience and invaluable help in planning what we needed for 100 guests plus caterers and bar area and furniture was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and his team arrived and like a well oiled machine , everything was in place within a couple of hours . We hired Bay Tree for our 40th birthday. They were absolutely phenomenal, we cannot recommend them highly enough. They put up a high quality marquee in the midst of a storm and a foot of snow in the garden; and when we had some unavoidable issues with melting snow the next day, they came around immediately and fixed it all up, and even dropped an extra can of diesel round for the heaters. These guys are amazing!
We hired from Baytree for our joint 50th birthday party and needed the marquee to attach to an outdoor garden room on the house. by the time they were finished your couldn't tell when one started and one finished, it was seamless. The quality of the marquee and the fittings are excellent and the service level suburb.
If you are weighing up whether to use Baytree against someone else, use Baytree, honestly you won;t be disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would use them again as first choice for any event. Well done guys! More...
