Bay Gourmet is simply the best caterer in Alabama. Food for our wedding was the most important piece. We did not want a sit down dinner, but we also did not want a buffet. Sarah and Susan brought my vision to life with unique stations. We did a grits station, carving station, charcuterie board station, grilled oyster station, and a raw seafood bar. They also had passed appetizers during cocktail hour. At the end of the night we finished with gourmet grilled cheeses and beignet fries. The food was unreal. People are still calling me to tell me how wonderful it was. They did not just achieve my vision for the wedding, they far surpassed it. They did both our rehearsal and reception. The staff is personable and kind. I truly cannot say enough great things about Bay Gourmet. If you are looking for a caterer, this is the best by far. Bay Gourmet catered my wedding last month and I'm still getting feedback about how good the food was! Sarah and her team are amazing! They were so easy to work with and did a great job day of. We added oysters to our menu and they were a hit! After the wedding, they sent a basket with all of the food and a bottle of champagne for my husband and I to enjoy.
