We turned up at the Bristol showroom without an appointment and were promptly seen and provided with a good quotation with computer gernerated images of the ideas to enable us to plan the bathroom changes and invite contractors to quote for fitting.

I had a bathroom designed for me by the very helpful staff at BathStore Bristol at the start of April. Despite dealing with a few members of staff they were all helpful and did all they could to ensure the bathroom design matched what I wanted but also gave me advice on how to make it more practical for use. I would highly recommend to anyone as from start to finish there were no problems at all and all queries I had were handled in good time. More...

AVOID AVOID AVOID!The delivery arrived at 1910hrs last night….. not 1530hrs as promised.I would like in writing from Bathstore that Futebol-Arte Ltd (my company) may invoice for the total lost days for all failed delivery dates. We would also like in writing that Bathstore will compensate builder, plumber and plasterer costs due to 3 weeks delayed deliveries by Bathstore.The build is now 3-4 weeks behind due to Bathstore/DPD incompetence. I have paid 3-4 hours of my builders time (£30ph) going through the items codes vs order which didn’t always marry up or were not even on the list (some formed part of the item). We have cross checked everything 3 times now and would like you to come out and check what items are outstanding, Please can you email a new purchase list as the one we have is dusty and scribbles everywhere. I should think our invoice for the Plumber, builder and my project management time for lost hours on site will amount to over £2000. I will speak with the plasterer to see if he lost any money in pushing his start date back (no work during this time).We cannot lay the concrete floor until everything is aligned then plumbed accurately and correctly. We cannot build the stud wall until floor is laid. Plumber has returned 3 times unable to carry out the necessary work and my builder is very angry not having work - income. More...

My husband and I didn't get as far as an initial consultation - we spent an hour sitting in the Clifton store this afternoon waiting to speak to someone, and the two people working there didn't even look up from their computers to acknowledge our existence - even when the customers they were dealing with went off to look at something! Below average service. Sent me a bathroom suite, incorrect bath panel and missing bath feet. Delivery also a bit hopeless. Took serious escalation at customer services to get it delivered and even then it was over a week later than expected. Try and order subsequent parts and they didn't answer their phone, another branch even tried to contact them and failed so used a different branch to order.. I wouldn't be recommending bathstore to anyone who want a new bathroom. More...
