I ordered from them today..sending a same day delivery to my cousin. I didn't know what the order was going to look like beforehand, but I was so impressed when my cousin sent a picture. It was a beautiful bouquet. They delivered same day! The person that took my phone order was so kind. I think he said his name was Randy...I may be wrong. Never had flowers delivered before, and I wanted to do a last minute thoughtful gift on a day my girlfriend was working. There were many florists in the Chattanooga area I gleaned through, but this florist definitely caught my eye; every other place looked plain and boring. This place had more flair and elegance, so I ended up choosing their services! Bates Raintree Florist does beautiful arrangements, with fresh flowers as well as potted plants.
I had flowers delivered from Bates today and the delivery girl was so precious, I even talked her in to singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY for me! !

We have been using Bates as our intown florist for many years and the quality has always been outstanding.  This "dusty little place" as a previous reviewer called it, always has fresh, gorgeous and unusual flowers on hand, as well as local artwork and the best customer service you could ask for. (Thank you Randy!)  Four weeks ago I had surgery and my husband called to order a same day delivery after 12pm, and they had no issues and by 2pm a gorgeous arrangement was at the door! Their flower arrangements always last at least 7 days and smell wonderful.   Called today, to have a same day delivery sent to my mother in law for her birthday and she already called me to thank me for the beautiful flowers.  I will post pictures of both arrangement below.  You get what you pay for here, and won't be disappointed. I Live in California and my daughter and her husband and my first Grandson live in Chattanooga, TN. I had no idea which florist was good and so I did a yelp for florists. But i picked the first one and called them. They were very nice and their pictures of their work was beautiful. But  they couldn't delivery til the next day. BUT they recommended BATES-RAINTREE . Was I ever so blessed to feel over the phone talking with Randy a caring and helpful person. I needed a certain kind of flower arrangement and he described exactly what i wanted. And a happy birthday 1st Mylar balloon for my Grandson. The flowers were to thank my beautiful daughter for giving me the greatest gift, my beautiful Grandson. And the balloon of course for my Grandson. THE ONLY THING IS i needed it delivered it within an hour if possible. RANDY thank you!!! You made it happen and it is absolutely stunning!!!  BEAUTIFUL! This is a family ran company with a great products. Very nice selection of art and specialty gifts. They are great people who will give you personalized service. They do great flower arangements with some great designs out of the ordinary. Give them a try you wont be sorry. We have purchased gifts from them and have always been satisfied with everything.
