As a family we have used Batchelors on a number of occasions over the years. As is usually the case you go to a solicitor when there's something unpleasant to sort out. Katia Lake was the Solicitor for my partner's sale and purchase and I was incredibly impressed with her knowledge and advice. She replied to all our emails very quickly and kept us updated on a regular basis. I must say that we did call and email quite a bit but she was always patient and understood our need for reassurance throughout.
